“My nephew suggested this place while I was in town and I am so glad he did. The three of us ordered online before we went and it was seamless. I had the turkey, bacon and avacado on a toasted croissant. Absolutely delish!!!! Can’t wait to go back. The staff was super friendly and smiley and that added the experience more than they know! .“

“I've come here more times than I can count and it's always delicious. There aren't many GOOD vegan options in the Coachella Valley, but the tofu bahn mi from here is superb!! If you're vegan or avoiding dairy you can order a tofu banh mi without mayonnaise. They also have vegan tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce. The lemonade and teas from here are also delicious and refreshing. The staff is always kind and will answer any questions you may have. Overall, this is a lovely spot to get some good food 😋 I highly recommend it to vegans and meat eaters alike.“

“Great experience here, and the sandwich was fresh and made exactly as ordered, and was out super fast. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the place was clean, with plenty of seating. I love that the bread is always soft and has a nice crunch, and the ingredients taste really fresh. Online ordering was a breeze, and pick up was ready right on time, therefore, if you are looking for a quick and reliable lunch that actually tastes good, this location is solid, and I give it 5 stars.“

“We absolutely love it here. It is hands down, everybody in the families favourite spot. It is our first stop every time we land in PS. The food is so fresh and high quality, the service is beyond amazing. They have taken the time to get to know everyone’s orders by heart and even started carrying diet coke just for us. 10/10!“

“First time at the Which Wich Shop. Small and clean shop, yet comfortable. The food is a bit pricey, but the food tasted very good. I love getting Tuna Melts, their tuna tasted fresh and I love the bread, it's not super thick but dense and filling. Would come back and try their other sandwiches.“

“I came to get lunch at the busiest time of the day and there was a Guy getting ten sandwiches and seven others waiting in line. The very nice employee named Jenny was working solo because the other employee was on mandatory break and Jenny quickly got everyone taken care of with a smile and kind words. Get that girl a raise, she deserves it.“

“Bryan Anthony here at the Palm desert mall location I cannot believe their service was so awesome made the sandwich that me and my wife had tremendously great had no complaints the soda awesome and nice and sweet and customer service and atmosphere the food I mean these two gentlemen deserve a little recognition here for their hard work because honestly even though they were jam-packed they still make sure my food was fresh nice and hot called out our order even made our soda because I first had ordered a Dr pepper Dr pepper was the watery but changed it out with no problem even apologize so many times when you didn't have to so Charlie's restaurant give your employees a little bit of recognition right here in the Palm desert mall in Palm desert ca“

“Wonderful, staff here they are fast friendly and know how to handle unruly customer! I was impressed with how they managed has hostile situation from a foul mouth customer, no one deserves to be spoken to that way! The client was out of line cussing them out infront of kids. They politely asked him to leave until he got the message“

“I like subway. But the increase on prices is ridiculous. Better up their game or file for bankruptcy. 50 dollars for 1 six inch and two footlongs and a bag of chips. Yikes. Won't be going back for a while. Much cheaper to make fresh sandwiches at home.“

“Stopped here for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing over the top fancy, but all my kids were very happy. Much Better than McDonald’s which is where the kids requested. Got the breakfast burrito and the egg and cheese bagel. No complaints from anyone which is a rarity. Not busy at all, but hope to see this business thrive!“
