On the “Eye on Inglewood FB page, they highlighted a new black owned business “2nd Chance Soul Food Fish Fry” on Centinela off of LaBrea… Since I never pass up an opportunity to support a black owned business, I had to give it a try! Here is my honest assessment:
Strengths:
