“Our go to for Mexican food even above sit in dining restaurants the carne asada fries and nachos and the chile relleno plate are amazing and the price is budget friendly the staff is always accommodating friendly and welcoming keeps us going back we eat here frequently would recommend a try if ya haven't already you won't be disappointed you can dine in or drive thru or call in And pick up like we do only thing keeping me from giving it more stars is it only allows 5 but I'd say 10 the only recommendation I would have would be add pico de Gallo to the menu I really am not a fan of their PKG hot sauce (thru offer red or green)
Parking: Small parking lot under 50 spaces but seems adequate hassle free
Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids menu and the portions are great for price simple too“

“Taqueria Bernardino’s has been a staple in Ridgecrest for as long as I can remember. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and it’s one of those rare places that still feels just as good now as it did back then. It’s not just a restaurant—it’s part of the community.
The food is always solid. Whether it’s the carne asada burrito, street tacos, or a plate of enchiladas, everything is packed with flavor and made fresh. Their salsa bar is always stocked, and the portions are generous without being over the top. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.
What really makes this place special, though, is the atmosphere. It’s super family-friendly, relaxed, and welcoming. The staff treats you like they’ve known you for years—even if it’s your first time walking in. It’s the kind of spot where families gather after games, or people meet up for a casual lunch and good conversation.
In a town where a lot of places come and go, Bernardino’s has stayed consistent—and that says a lot. Easily one of my favorite spots in Ridgecrest, and I’ll keep coming back for years to come.“

“Love this place, the owners are very hospitable and welcoming. The food reminds us of our time living in Thailand. The flavor is on point and that garlic chili sauce on the table is to die for! Our favorite spot in town! Pad se ewe and mango sticky rice are the best!“

“This popular bar and grill serves a large menu of dishes ranging from happy hour snacks to a complete dinner meal. Service is normally very good with responsive staff eager to please. A sports bar atmosphere with ample screens and channels force every taste. Cones complete with WiFi jukebox. When you just need a relaxing place to have a drink and recharge.“

“Great atmosphere, not the cheapest sushi I've ever had but certainly some of the best quality. Great drink menu and well made. Plenty of food selection as well. Clean bathrooms and even when moderately busy the wait times were unexpectedly reasonable. Very friendly service. Would absolutely come back here.
Vegetarian options: Not just sushi they have, plenty of soup or noodles options as well that are either vegetarian or could easily be made and still be good without meat
Parking: Roomy parking lot around side and back, ♿️ access but inside the main setting area is up 2 small steps“

“Shout out to Casey’s!! After another venue canceled last minute for our Christmas party, Casey’s gladly took us on with short notice! Servers were fantastic, food was amazing, and we all had a really great time! Thank you so much for accommodating our crazy for the evening!“

“First atmosphere is ok. Yacht rock is amazing, sometimes smells like bathrooms are off gassing. Food is good but very very expensive

“Me and my son came here to eat lunch, and there are only 2 people behind the counter and they are doing such a great job at pushing through each order in a timely manner, the cashier is even working multiple positions and doing so gracefully. Great job on being the only 2 keeping the restaurant going and rocking at it! These employees names are William and Caele.“

“We were coming from out of town and were very hungry on Thanksgiving day. Almost all the restaurants in town were closed. Thanks Denny’s for being open and providing professional and efficient service. Even with small staffs and many customers, the food arrived on time and tasted great. We had a great Thanksgiving night thanks to them.“
