McDonald's in Irvine

“McDonalds at Culver & Irvine Center Drive can get busy at times. I prefer to order at the counter but it's a hit or miss. I hate ordering at the terminals. As high as food prices are, I at least expect a live person to take my order!“

“I had an amazing experience at this McDonald's today! Cashier Juan really went above and beyond. I forgot my glasses, and he read the entire menu to me to make sure I knew what I wanted. Super kind and patient! Also one of the cleanest and well-kept McDonald's I've ever visited.“

“Today, I went to this house for lunch. Due to my mistake, I bought the wrong hamburger and bought the beef hamburger. Since I didn't know beef, I communicated with the staff and they were very kind and immediately exchanged the fish hamburger with me, which made me feel very warm. Thank you here.“

“This store is what it is. The floor plan is really poorly designed. It's a small store for a McDonald's. The seating is kinda scattered, a few booths, a long group table sort of in the middle, small tables at either end of the store, and a small pocket area with three small tables. It's inefficient seating with a lot of wasted space. If you arrive a little late for lunch it can get a bit crowded and noisy when the high school kids come in. It doesn't last long, they behave well, typically grabbing food and leaving. That's been my experience.
