“Brandon was our server and he was so nice, so funny, and explained everything to us loved it!! The wall decor is awesome, they even had robots serving your side dishes! The Diamond Tier was awesome with grade A5 the dry aged wagyu was melt in your mouth good! Just as good as what we had in Japan. Brandon cooked them up for us and we enjoyed talking with him. Celebrating my husband's birthday they sing and have some ice creamsicles ube or honeydew flavors. They do have drink stations, some extra food stations, a dessert station all of which you can walk around to grab yourself. The Otoro thick cut and black pepper beef cubes were our other favorites. Can't wait to go back!“

Staff was always checking on us, always making sure our stove was clean or removing finished dishes. I got us the Deluxe meal. The spicy baby octopus was good. “Went here on a Saturday 5pm. No line. This is not a sit down and order place. Kind of like a cafeteria line setup. Anyway, ask the waiters anything, they will explain it all. Very friendly. I got the brisket sandwich, the wife got the salmon. The meat was definitely tops! The regular coleslaw was also great. They have several types of sauces and we liked them all. The wife liked her meal with beans and macaroni cheese. Overall the meat can't be beat. Cost us close to $50 with one soda. Pricey but we saw several families and other groups. Again, the meat makes it all worth it.“

“Unfortunately, I can never try this place because I don’t live locally and I always try to call them to find out even if there’s any parking because when I go on Google Earth, it’s impossible to see the restaurant and not sure where to park also, I want to make sure that they’re open because sometimes businesses say they are and then they are closed for whatever reason I’m trying to call them day after day, but there are no phone numbers. Had a group of 8 to try again. Roasted duck and BBQ pork 叉燒were savory. 雪菜鴨絲炆米 is not really recommended especially when you compare the roasted duck and the Duck Rice noodles (鴨絲炆米).
In general, still recommend you give it a try.

Ordered Togo last time, portion, price and taste were decent. Dine in this time. It's full house due the small size of this restaurant. Ordered Hong Kong style minced beef rice with sunny side up on the top. A bit dried and disappointed. Another Eggplant with shredded pork and bamboo slices. Taste good . Of course, best match with rice. Additional $1.95 for the HK style lemon tea with refills which is my favorite. Why not.
Definitely I will go back and try something else.

The potato noodles is very tasty. I will say the best one in LA. If you want to add more protein to the soup that’s good. It is also good for the original recipe. I absolutely love the numbing, peppery flavor of Sichuan pepper in potato noodles.“

“I was driving down Whittier Boulevard. On the corner of Whittier Blvd and Rancho drive. I smelled some barbecue it caught my attention quick like. Luckily I hadn't had dinner yet so I stopped and got a $20 plate. It was stacked with meat. It had tri-tip, chicken, and ribs. Smoked to perfection. The plate included a side of Mac and Beans. It was delicious!The lamb and beef was cooked to exact request and was also delicious!While we have dined at many Chinese restaurants throughout the United States, as we travel extensively and dine out regularly this surf past any, and all other restaurants, we’ve dined in for this type of food. Here’s the difference this was not Chinese food that has been Americanized in most Chinese restaurants. This was true Chinese prepared food.I truly believe you would have to travel to China to get this quality of food and culture.I will also say that we spent 3/4 of our time speaking to Cindy, whose father owns the restaurant which caters to home cooked events at homes, so this is not their primary source of how they deliver the product to the public. “My service organization regularly came to Silver Spoons' predecessor, so when we found out that Silver Spoons was open, we made the restaurant our next meeting location so we can try it out!

I usually order my go-to to test out a Thai restaurant, so I ordered the pork pad see ew ($14.95) and mild golden curry with chicken ($14.95). I would've ordered a fried rice, but the mild papaya salad ($13.95) caught my attention instead. Note that the dishes come with your choice of chicken, pork, or tofu included in the price, but if you want beef, it'll be an extra dollar, and for shrimp, an extra $2. What was surprising was that the curry doesn't come with white rice. You'd have to fork out an extra $2.50 for that. I thought everything tasted great, though both the papaya salad and pad see ew was a little heavy on the sauce.

My friend ordered mango sticky rice ($12.99) for dessert and I was surprised and happy they had that available (I went to another Thai restaurant during Christmas time and while they had the mango sticky rice on the menu, they said it was not in season so they weren't selling any). I took a few bites of it and enjoyed it -- not too sweet and not too heavy! Don't forget to check-in on Yelp for a free Thai tea.

“If only baby corn was made available, this place would be an easy 5-Star eatery. Fortunately, there are mushrooms upon request hidden in the back and priced as an add-on, which I'm okay with. Srsly tho, if they did the same with baby corn it'd be heavenly. Go ahead, charge a premium for it, too - totally worth it for the awesome medley of bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, carrots, and broccoli. I recommend a split of 70% lamb, mostly slices but with a quarter tiny bits and 30% chicken, mostly tiny bits and broken pieces. The combination ensures meat in every bite with larger succulent lamb still hogging the spotlight and the tiny bits acting like a flavor-packed substrate for the aggregated vegetables. Arrive hungry and aim for the sweet spot either side of the lunch hour rush. Insanely good food at an insanely good price. The staff are just as good, efficiently ferrying drinks and soup, rice and pocket bread. There aren't many old school Mongolian feast balls these days so I'm glad to know if this one. All-you-can-eat, unlike the janky single serve mall flops. Love this place, despite the missing baby corn. I sometimes consider bringing my own and offering to pay a corkage fee. Ha!
