Stopped by on 4/3 on our way to Julian. We didn't know it had changed ownership but SO glad they did. They have done a great job updating the interior. We ordered the garlic, parm tater tots and they were amazing. If you're NOT a garlic lover, they may not be for you. We also tried the chicken wings. The rub used was extremely generous but unfortunately way too salty. Despite that, we will definitely make this a destination stop any time we're in the area. we were excited to stop in and see shat the new owners had done. we just bought a home in Julian so we liked knowing we'd be within 15 minutes of a favorite place to dine. we found that the new owners had done away with the military discount they always offered in the store and a can of Mt Dew was $3.95! such a shame
