My family and I visited Julian for the day from Orange County and we stopped by The Pub on our way back home. I had the Jalapeño burger and my husband tried the Mushroom Swiss burger, and both were amazing and paired well with the onion rings! The restaurant had a tranquil vibe and the lake views just added to the ambience. We bought an apple pie from the attached store next to the restaurant to enjoy at home and I wish we had bought two. This was a surprise! Julian was really crowded so we headed home through the area by Lake Cuyamaca The food was delicious, staff friendly and view of the lake beautiful. We had fish and chips, a yam which and wedge salad, all excellent. A great stop after a day in the desert or mountains!Parking: Ample parking in front of entrance
