“One of the best beer selection focused joints in the mission if not San Francisco. They almost always carry heady topper. They have excellent sour beer flights. These guys know what they’re doing. Additionally, I have had their hanger steak four times. Each time I was left aghast at how consistently amazing it was.“

“What a great place it exceeded our expectations. The interior is nice with a high ceiling. There’s a good amount of natural light and the lighting inside was a little dim which made a nice atmosphere.
I can imagine it’s also comfortable during night time.
Service was excellent throughout. We were checked on often and the host/server was so kind.
We were very happy with the portion sizes. Don’t be surprised by even the short stack pancakes. They’re pretty filling!
We were also happy with the salmon benedict and omelette. We’ll be happy to come back here and if you’re staying in one of their partner hotels they include a small discount so make sure to ask.“

“I visited only the bar area by myself as I was staying in the area for a work conference and I liked the idea of trying local beers, rather than the usual Bud, Modelo etc at other places. It was a quiet Monday early evening. I had a few drinks at the Bar whilst watching the sports on the large TV's. Staff were friendly and also provided a samples of some of the local drinks on request. Recommended for some great local brews!“

“I used to work in this building in the early 1980's at the Bronze Seal coffee shop. It's great to see it still thriving. I remember the original owner Roger Steck. Such great memories growing up in Benicia.“

Just ordered a beer 🍺. But this place has an extensive list of liquor. Great place for cocktails 😃.

“As a retired San Francisco Bay Area NIGHT CLUB & LOUNGE ENTERTAINER, this quaint and neat Irish Pub is one of a kind !! .. .. .. I've seem em ALL, and this place folks, is truly a great place to share a drink with locals and out of towners, tucked away in the Benicia Tannery Building, with outside seating (smoking area) overlooking the Carquinez Straits .. .. AND ~ The owners are absolutely the BEST .. .. "A Must Place to Go" .. ..“

“This spot has the best and cheapest cocktails in the Giants Stadium! You cannot beat a $14 cocktail at any sports Stadium. And when you're done with you meal, your server will give you a plastic cup so you can take your drink into the game! Amazing! The service is always friendly, especially Jacque behind the bar! Her drinks are the best and she is so sweet and fun to chat with. Give that girl a raise because she is good for business. ..we always start our Giants games here now.“

“My brother loves beer and we get together a couple times a month. We had not been there in years, and this is where I remember them having a great beer selection. They have really done a great job on the remodel and the music is at a level you can talk at! The food was good and the beer was great. I will be back!“

“Joe is great. After our Uber drive dropped us in the wrong place, Joe would tell us how to get there, he took us there. It was only at the end of the block, but meant the world to us. He wouldn’t accept a tip, so went back to have a beer after dinner. He remembered our name. He is the true meaning of customer service and I’ve told all of my friends to go see him at the Showdown. “A well located hotel with everything you would need for a short stay in San Francisco. Good size, clean and comfortable room. Efficient check in and check out process. Games room and cafe on site but we did not use. Only negative was the noise coming from the street outside especially the street cleaning at 4am.“
