“Beautiful brunch place with classics without being overwhelmingly greasy. Good service, good ambience, even the indoor seating feels like outdoor give the massive windows and open concept. Food was delicious and they have a good menu as well. Huge place so you feel like a community here, which is so rare these days.

“I came with my spouse to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was delicious, meat was cooked to perfection, chicken Parmesan was saucy. We ordered an affogato, it was delicious but I wish they had served the gelato ice cream and espresso shot separately. This would have given me the option to control how rapidly the ice cream melted. By the time it reached the table it had more of liquid texture, there was no need for the spoons as we were sipping the affogato. A thick straw would have been a more appropriate utensil choice. We also had a pistachio Crème Brûlée, it was delicious although topping the whole top with whipped cream was a bit of overkill. I feel like a small dab while still showing the caramelized sugar would have been better presentation. The cream on top looked like it could have been a scoop of gelato but with a disappointing taste of whipped cream.“

“Incredible, authentic food. What a delight to discover this place. The chef & family who run it are actually sherpas! The butter chicken curry had so many different flavors, I don’t even know how to describe it, except delicious. Grilled meats and veggies also incredible. Naan prepared to perfection. And the Himalayan hot ginger tea hit the spot!

“Very nice place for breakfast with tasty food. The place gets busy on the weekends but the service crews have a system and they get orders out fast. The patio area was nice and our waiter was great. Overall good place to enjoy a great breakfast and excellent service.“

“We had a wonderful experience at New Delhi Indian Cuisine in San Rafael. We ordered Palak Paneer, Paneer Tikka Masala, Dal Makhani, Veg Momo, and Chicken Tikka Masala — and every dish was absolutely delicious. The food arrived relatively quickly, was piping hot, and full of rich, authentic flavors.

Everyone at our table loved the meal, and we especially appreciated the generous portions. The taste truly reminded us of how Indian food is meant to be — just like what you’d get in India.

“Had to stop and use the restroom when the freeway got too jammed to wait so, detoured and purchased some giant cookies as away of saying thank you for one, being open in a very commercial area with limited options; two, for letting me use their restroom and three having very reasonable prices and a friendly demeanor.

“I think there are maybe 3 vegan places that serve ice cream in the whole of bay area, and this only one in Marin. It was a warm day and wanted to try this place on my way back to east bay. The place was cozy with plenty of seating and decent amount of parking. The lady serving there was super nice. “This is our “go to” place in Sausalito for my wife and I so we decided to take our visitors from Canada here. Everything was going well until my order, the bone in veal chop special, arrived more than 5 minutes later than everyone else's main course. The issue is that when my order arrived, there was a barely an apology or any offers to adjust our bill. Sad.“

Very simple basic menu, but everything was perfect. Flavorful, fresh, generously sized, good service. Everything was right. We are talking San Francisco - San Jose level of excellence for Vietnamese food. I used to think you had to go to the City to find great Vietnamese food, But now we have it local here in San Rafael. The other Vietnamese restaurants around town can't even compare. This restaurant is now on my short list. Coming back. Five star.“
