“I realize that when they are sandwiches or promotional packages, the presentation is not the best or the same as the regular ones.
This branch is small and most of the tables were disorganized and dirty... I cleaned the table where I sat.“

“I have been going to this El Pollo Loco since it replaced the Goldsteins Bagels that was there years ago. The food has always been standard but the service used to be nothing special. People were rude, orders were messed up, and it didn't seem like anyone cared. In more recent months, I have found the overall efficiency and kindness of staff to go up and the experience has been better. However, today I was shocked at the service I received going through the drive thru. Raymond was kind and energetic. He was sure to be responsive and helpful, ensured he got everything right before continuing and was very kind in how he handled people.

I am not big on writing reviews or anything, but today's service put a smile on my face. If he is treating everyone like this, he deserves a promotion and a raise. He is making sure that people not only get their food, they get it correctly, and with a smile on his face that will put a smile on yours! Thank you Raymond!“

“Good food great friendly staff only thing is its prices have gone up so much its expensive now for 2 people it was 30 bucks to eat didn't even order much two suprem tacos bean and cheese burrito and something eles like Mexican pizza or something but outside was clean inside was clean bathrooms were okay could be done more and better but all around was good“

“We ordered a very large order during the dinner rush. They were prompt getting it ready. A young man put everything on a cart and helped us get it into our van. As we were driving away, he flagged us down because an item had been missed. He went above and beyond! I wish we had caught his name. He was wearing a black button down jersey with the #24 on it. “Always love their pizzas! The build your own is a great option when you want a loaded pizza. The half pizza option is perfect when u don't want a lot of food. The salads are fresh. The cinnamon sticks are really good. Very butterey, ask for extra icing. This location serves beers in glass/cans.“

“Great food but lackluster service. Certainly appreciate everyone working there, food is always on point, same great chipotle experience. It’s the always single person making and checking out customers so line moves very slow. Other than that it’s the closest to me, the Glendale location on Glendale Blvd is the absolute best in terms of service. Recommended if you can stomach the line.“
