“Great spot! My mom is celiac and it’s rare (like never happens!) that she can find a gf donut. This spot is dedicated gluten free and she was soooo stoked to visit Hello Yr Welcome twice during her recent visit to LA. We got 3 donuts her first time in and 1/2 dozen the second (bc she loved them so much). They were all very flavorful and delicious!

Staff is super friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. Oh and the coffee is great. I got some delicious espresso / good flavor and not bitter - they know how to pull a shot ☕

Also worth noting that all the breakfast sandos and other items look delicious as well! But we were just focused on my moms rare opportunity to enjoy a donut

Worth getting here early as they do tend to sell out of some flavors by afternoon. We found there’s plenty of street parking in the surrounding area, even on the weekends.

“K’s is awesome! I placed a few large orders on short notice (8+ dozen donuts) and their staff filled them quickly and without any issues. The woman behind the counter was so sweet and took amazing care of me while I was in her shop. My clients loved the donuts and I got a few very solid Vietnamese iced coffees.

I travel to the west coast for business a few times per year, and I guarantee that I’ll be coming back to K’s next time I’m in town!“

“Somehow I had never tried this place until about a month ago through Uber eats when I was craving an Apple fritter. Have ordered a few times since and think I’ve found my favorite donut/breakfast sandwich place in LA. Everything is always super fresh even if I order at 3 in the afternoon. The fritter is huge and might be the best I’ve ever had. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are perfect as are the other donuts I’ve had. So happy places like this still exist!!!“

On our way home from some degeneracy and I got a jalapeno ham cheese croissant and some donuts. It was hot and fresh out the kitchen and straight into my mouth I could barely contain myself on the drive home.

“I was craving a breakfast croissant with an iced matcha and found this place. They had exactly what I wanted! I didn't see the matcha on the menu but I asked the lady anyway and they had it! And omg it was really good. Exactly how I like my matcha. Nice and sweet lol. And the breakfast croissant was big and tasted so yummy. Two other people came in while I was there and for both of them it seemed like they were regulars because as soon as they came in she already knew their order and I loved that mom and pop type feel. “Amazing food and friendly staff. I got the breakfast burrito and a caramel iced coffee. My boyfriend got the mango drink . The breakfast burrito is made fresh and it’s super delicious. To give y’all a comparison, the breakfast burrito is bigger than the breakfast wrap from Starbucks and soooo much better. And the mango drink was equally as delicious, looking forward to coming more often and trying the rest of the menu. “I love Sidecar!!! This was my first time at the Padadena location, which seemed a little cramped, but has a good flow. There is a big parking lot in back, which is the entrance. There is a counter if you want to sit and enjoy your donuts/drink there; there is also seating outside. They get busy, but are efficient. I'm not sure if Donut Day affected this. They are conveniently located at Arroyo and Filmore, and I would easily return to this location.“
