“One of my favorite spots in SD. It is a family owned and operated spot filled with great food and charisma. The owners and staff and incredibly friendly, and the food is made with lots of love. My personal favorites are the breakfast burrito with gyro and the gyro burger. Would recommend!“

“One of my best experience in UCSD is Croutons. Very high quality food, combo with their fruit-salad. They use amazing mixture of fruits, berries and great dressings. It is a little pricy, but definitely I recommend this place for on-campus foods.“

“Amazing food, staff is friendly but I didn’t read into it and didn’t realize it was mainly for ordering out or delivery. They don’t have a dine in option more of a few tables outside to eat, which was nice and quiet. Would recommended for delivery or pickup for sure. Food was all great!!“

“Recently opened in my nighhborhood. Surprisingly very delicious pizza (half chicken/half dry meat). It is now my favorite pizza already. Owners are friendly and service was pretty fast. I'll come back to try other stuff on the menu.“

“I love eating at Rubio's. I have been eating here since moving to San Diego 21 years ago. I was sad to see 13 locations across San Diego closed abruptly as of last Friday, including the nearby Renaissance Plaza location, but was glad that this location has remained open for business.
You cannot go wrong with the original fish tacos, but I also highly recommend the blackened Mahi Mahi grilled tacos and gourmet grilled shrimp tacos.
Vegetarian options: When I am eating vegetarian, I enjoy the cheese quesadillas. If you are pescatarian, there are many options.
Kid-friendliness: Great kid meals and family friendly atmosphere.“

“Loved the salads here!! we had the Thai Crunch and Kale Ceaser!! The Ceaser was my FAV. The dressing was SO GOOD. Big portions and friendly staff! We will definitely be back! Oh and their homemade cookies 😋😋😋😋“
