“I like the family run pizza joints. I've been here several times now and had several pizzas and a philly steak sandwich, and they have been quite good.The thin crust is consistent, and the flavor of the pizza sauce is very good. “I love this place. I love many items on their menu. Here are few: Ribeye Tikka is amazing. Their Hummus and Falafel is so good, falafel is crispy. Their shawarma wraps and plates are so satisfying. Their house made chips reminds me of Baghdad Iraq. Fattoush salad is so good. And most importantly great service and people 🫶😊❤️“

“Finally! A new pizza shop in La Mesa and it’s delicious. Now I don’t have to go into the Village where parking can be difficult. Love the secret sauce and the craft pizzas. I highly recommend that you give it a try.“

“One of the best restaurants I’ve been to! We loved everything we tried on the menu, and were sad to hear it’s being discontinued for a new spring menu—especially the filet mignon, which was incredibly tasty.
They put a lot of care into their dishes, which really matters to me. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared— like home-cooked food, but elevated to another level. Portions are on the smaller side, but the quality makes up for it.
I’m excited to come back and try the new spring menu!“

“Stopped in for a late lunch and witnessed the GM, Philip, handle an erratic and aggressive customer with calm and utmost professionalism. He apologized to us for the incident, although clearly he was not responsible for that person's rude behavior. We had delicious sandwiches and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. We WILL be back!“

“Believe them when they say they offer large portions! Every salad option and specialty plate is easily shareable and very fresh and delicious. We dined in and took home considerably more than ate during our visit. Looking forward to trying other menu items and having leftovers for days!“

“Are great! Empanadas are some of my favourite food they had good variety. Very good flavour they were all family recipes. Small family owned business which I like. I will be going back to try more. The empanadas are reasonably priced and you can easily eat two to three of them. They had a great salsa. The green salsa is thick and chunky a mild level and very good. The red salsa is a medium spiciness and thin and tasty. I kind of wished for an additional spice level to add some more heat. Today they should get 5 out of 5 stars service. But we did come last night and we were a few minutes before closing and they were closing up so they didn't want to take our orders. So just make sure you get there well before 8:00 p.m.“

“I was visiting my sister and we were looking for a quick place to eat. When we arrived, the restaurant looked nice, but it was surprisingly empty, which made me wonder why. We decided to give it a try, sat down, and ordered our food.
The service was fast, and OMG—the food was absolutely delicious! I was genuinely surprised that this place wasn’t packed. The quality of the food for the price was outstanding and definitely worth it.
The wings were crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!“

“This was my first time visiting with my best friend. Since we were both craving dumplings, we decided to give this place a try.
When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and invited to sit at any available table. Ordering was simple through a QR code at the table.
We ordered the Orange Flavored Chicken, Cucumber Salad, Xiao Long Bao (8), and Crab Meat & Pork Xiao Long Bao (8). I also ordered the Mongolian Beef to go.
The Orange Flavored Chicken was crispy and flavorful without being overly sweet, making it a great way to start the meal. The Cucumber Salad was light, refreshing, and finished with a pleasant aromatic flavor. For the main dishes, the Xiao Long Bao had a rich, savory broth that paired perfectly with vinegar. The Crab Meat & Pork Xiao Long Bao was especially satisfying and filling but a little dry. The Mongolian Beef is spicy and savory. It goes well with rice.
Although the restaurant is small, it feels comfortable and welcoming. During our visit, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made for an enjoyable dining experience. Overall, we had a great first visit and would happily return.“

“What an amazing experience! Everything we tried was delicious. The knots, cheese bread, and pizza were absolutely incredible, and the wings outstanding.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. My daughter really wanted one of their shirts, and even though they said it was the last one, they were kind enough to let her purchase it. That small gesture meant a lot to her and made our visit even more memorable.
If you're in the area, this place is definitely worth a visit. Great food, outstanding service, and an experience we'll happily come back for!“

“i absolutely fell in love! i was a first time customer and received such a welcoming experience. everyone was so friendly and helpful and not to mention, the food was amazing! i got the chicken shawarma fries and it was seriously the best fries i have ever had in my whole life! we even received recommendations for the next time we come back, which we most definitely will! 10/10 recommend!“

“Probably the best pizza spot in town! I've tried Jerry's for lunch on five occasions now, and each time has been a home run. Great food and great service. I have tried the Pepperoni, Supreme, Meat Lover, PBJ, and Hawaiian pizzas and I have not been dissapointed. I also tried their Pastrami sub, it was great but slighty overpriced IMO. Their 2 slices and a drink for $10 is a good deal, I just wish they displayed more options. If you're nearby, this should definitely be your go-to spot. Staff here is always friendly and easy to talk to. Knowing you're supporting a small business is a huge plus as well.
Only downside is I'll probably eat way more pizza than I should for lunch now😅
