50 Best Salad Restaurants near Spring Valley

“Probably the best pizza spot in town! I've tried Jerry's for lunch on five occasions now, and each time has been a home run. Great food and great service. I have tried the Pepperoni, Supreme, Meat Lover, PBJ, and Hawaiian pizzas and I have not been dissapointed. I also tried their Pastrami sub, it was great but slighty overpriced IMO. Their 2 slices and a drink for $10 is a good deal, I just wish they displayed more options. If you're nearby, this should definitely be your go-to spot. Staff here is always friendly and easy to talk to. Knowing you're supporting a small business is a huge plus as well.
Only downside is I'll probably eat way more pizza than I should for lunch now😅

“I like the family run pizza joints. I've been here several times now and had several pizzas and a philly steak sandwich, and they have been quite good.The thin crust is consistent, and the flavor of the pizza sauce is very good. Service is always friendly at the counter. They offer pizza by the slice as well.“

Black Radish was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was beautifully prepared, incredibly flavorful, and thoughtfully executed. The wine selection paired perfectly with the meal, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.

What made the evening even more special was the family behind it all. John, the owner and chef, has created something truly special. His wife is also a chef, and their daughter, Alexandra, was our server. It was a genuine family affair, and you could feel the pride, passion, and hospitality in every part of the experience.

I honestly hesitate to write this review because I’d love to keep this place a hidden gem and still be able to get a reservation, but I can’t let an experience like this go without recognition.

1,000% recommend Black Radish. The food was incredible, the service was impeccable, the wine was exceptional, and the entire evening was simply unforgettable. This is the kind of restaurant that reminds you why dining out can be such a special experience.

“Believe them when they say they offer large portions! Every salad option and specialty plate is easily shareable and very fresh and delicious. We dined in and took home considerably more than ate during our visit. Looking forward to trying other menu items and having leftovers for days!“

“The low carb salmon plate was incredible. it includes soup or salad, asparagus and portobello mushrooms. I chose the salad and it was huge and delicious and all that for only $16.99! Top gourmet quality food. I will be going back. So many choices and all of it looked incredible!“

Each pizza is uniquely prepared to make the ingredients shine. The Chickie Chickie Parm Parm blew me away!

Update: I had the Chipotle Chicken Wrap today & it was bomb. It was more actual chipotle flavor not a chipotle mayo which I loved & I got full so I can't wait to try more on the menu.
Update: I tried the Garibaldi Bagel and it was so delicious, very filling. I was even like skeptical because I wasn't sure how I would like it but for some reason I just knew like when I read the ingredients that maybe it could hit and boy did it! So good, I love the flavors of this place.“

“It was very easy to find and parking on the street, right in front. There was parking in the back but we didn’t use it. We found them on google and were able to peruse their menu prior to arriving. We had the large salad that was made by them after filling out a small order form with what you would like. The proteins were extra. I had the large salad and added egg and chicken. The serving was plentiful and the protein addition was hearty (4 ounces my guess). Two large salads (3 proteins total and two soft drink cans—under $40). My husband needed a restroom and they did not have one for public use. That was a drag. He had to go down the street to find one. The place was relatively clean and there were about 5 booths to choose from. The music was a bit annoying. Staff was friendly!“

Today we ate here at Rubios and found the entire staff to be the nicest employees we have met in the 4 weeks and 2 different states we’ve visited. Just wanted to give them a shout out.“

The best part is my area has brick and mortar stores where I just walk in and buy my meal prep for the week...Meals cooked in a local kitchen by real chefs with local fresh ingredients. I'm busy all the time and although I love cooking it's hard to cook for just one person. The majority of meals are 600 calories or less. An easy way for me to stay in my calorie deficit. I just had the chicken schwarma bowl and it was soooo good. Tasted just like a home cooked meal. Highly recommend“
