“Off to mission valley an visit to yard house restaurant. I met a few friends at the yard house restaurant for a birthday lunch. Menu was large with many great choices. I ordered a BBQ chicken salad- it not only looked great, but tasted great too. My friends had a taco plate, fish and chips, an a chicken dish- all of which also lookes great! Prices were reasonable too. If you're interested the area, stop by an grab a bite!“

“Can't rate the food. By the time we arrived the kitchen was closed. We had eaten beforehand. But the brewskis were great! First time here. Didn't play in the arcade. We hung out in the patio. Nice atmosphere. Honestly, when we arrived, I thought i had made a wrong turn! When you arrive, don't worry, the strip club totally threw us off too . Followed by the dry cleaning right next to it lol This place looked sketchy at first , not going to lie. It was a great night tho. There's a few pool tables inside. Games on both ends of the bar . If you're looking for a Dave n Busters vibe, this isn't it. This place is more lowkey. The introvert in me was pleased. Not overwhelming. Give this place a shot!“

“Great bar. They have pool tables, plenty of TVs, food, and cold beer. I've never had a problem with the service, they've always been really nice. There's not a lot of options in the mission valley area for a bar and grill type of place and out of all of them I really enjoy this place the best.“

“I came here after work on a Friday night. It just so happen to be a Padres vs Dodgers game and this place was packed! I mean, for your regular local bar... it was poppin'!
Everyone had a good, positive vibe watching the game regardless of the rivalry (there was a mix of both fans here) they didn't have the jukebox playing, so it was strictly game time vibes!
But as soon as the game ended, Jaqui, the bartender at the time, turned the music UP!
Jaqui was the ONLY bartender serving the patrons all night! She not only was running around like crazy but she kept such an inviting, friendly smile the whole time! She made sure to keep a conversation going with her guests as well.
While I was here, I didn't hear of any complaints about the service. Jaqui made sure my refreshments 😜 were always full as well. She's by far the best I've seen yet!!
Overall, it's a cool bar to chill at during baseball games or even to have a night cap after work! & with Jaqui as your bartender, you'll leave here on a positive note and I bet you'll be back 😋😉“

“11 friends and I arrived for a pre-arranged event with a planned 2-12 lap 6 person qualifying (fast lap) and 1-16 lap main event. We arrived at the pre-arranged time and found several people on the track. We waited ~45 minutes for the first qualifier, had additional individuals on the track prior to our second qualifier, and again waited for others on the track prior to the main race. The qualifier times were to be combined, but weren’t. The main event went well, but at least one more flagger would have allowed less issues during passing manoeuvres. Complaints aside, I would return. The carts were quick considering the track setup, and they seemed to be very similarly setup regarding acceleration/top speed. A final FYI - consider bringing your own approved helmet. The ones provided were pretty much done, and additionally poor fitting.“

“Needed a great spot for our alumni event, and T+BEV was a great fit! From getting things setup with Michael and Robyn to the execution by Devin and the team on the day of the event, this was a wonderful experience!“

“My husband was in a business dinner and they walked some of gaslamp afterwards. After they parted ways, he needed to use the bathroom so he ran in the closest restaurant. They said he couldn't use it unless he was a customer. I totally get that but they were packed out so it made no sense.... Either way, he bought a chicken quesadilla to go. He brought it back to the room for me and our sons to have. It tasted good...until my youngest son spit out a piece of plastic he found inside the quesadilla. My Husband called about it the next day bc they were then closed. Their response was "oops sorry" like wth?! They then said "bring it back along with the plastic." No mention of a refund or investigation of how it happened. And by that point, room service had come and took the box of the rest of the food plus no one wanted to fight downtown traffic and pay to park to have them possibly offer us another quesadilla . 🙄 Again the food we did eat, minus the plastic, was good but the service wasn't.“

“I went to the Full Circle Saloon and they played this degrading song that said “A lap dance is better when the stripper is crying. Well I find it quite a thrill when she grinds me against her will.” More lyrics from this song say ” I told Bambi I wanted to skin her….. and wear her face like a mask. I have to admit it was even more of a turn-on when I found out she was doin’ me to buy baby formula.” This is a a song appropriate for serial killers and John’s who rape sex workers who are forced by their situation to work against their will. The bartender was angry and irritated with me when I asked to him to please turn it off. Two other female workers were unconcerned. The Female owner Michelle Bailey said she will not be a song N*** and did not offer to do anything about it. Oh She said there is a guy there that likes to play this song when he plays pool. If people there accept this happening I will vote by not going there.“

“Favorite college neighborhood bar. Their natural wine selection is always on point as well as their beer selection. Food is delicious. I love that they always have seasonal menu items depending on what’s in season. Pool is free, AC kicks butt, and they have a great outdoor space if you ever did have a larger group. Dogs are also allowed which is nice if we ever wanna bring our pup.“

The atmosphere is decent enough, good waiting space for pick up orders, but the dining area could use a little reorganizing. It's kind of difficult getting by seated tables trying to refill a drink or use the restroom. “we have been going to this place for years. with that said service was outstanding and the food was great as expected. I had surgery on my Right Knee and still not that comfortable sitting at bench tables. no problem here they sat us at a table with both chairs and bench. Now that is great customer service. They listened and accommodated us for lunch. Thank you Islands for paying attention to detail. we will be back . oh and if you like chicken. Try their Sandpiper. I get it every time .“

“Definitely not a place that gets going all night like a club would but a very cool and quaint spot to grab a drink with a group friends. Pool tables and a variety of drinks on tap. Bartenders are receptive as well. Juke Box is a plus to play music of one’s choice.It’s honestly kind of it’s own place in the middle of everything, but wouldn’t mind staying here for a night and drink the night away. The Elwood is nearby too.“

I wish I would have caught their names but the bartender there was very attentive and inviting. As well as the manager on duty. Very friendly and had great sense of humor.
