“Good spot. I got the pasta sampler thing and I didn't think it would be filling at all but I was wrong. The food was good, filling, not too expensive. I can't say there was anything that really pushed it into five star territory but I'd still definitely recommend.“
“This is probably the best breakfast I've had here in Brea. A hidden gym. Real plates with real silverware are clues that food is excellent. Camouflaged by it's location, this is my new go-to spot for a delicious bite at a great price. Met the owner as the cashier/waitress took our order. I'm looking forward to trying their other menu items.“
“Awesome pizza, good vibe. Love supporting a well run local family run business. The owner is passionate about the stuff he makes and is there working, firing up the pizzas in the oven. Really enjoyed talking to him while sitting at the bar.“
“Probably best to try to visit during slower times as we found free parking pretty close, which was nice. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time and service was very friendly and attentive, like the definition of why we love small businesses. Since I was dining with my husband we did the ole half and half so I got to try the Oklahoma Sunset and the Our Go To Italian. While the Oklahoma Sunset isn't really my style when it comes to sandwiches, I couldn't argue with the overwhelming love for it in the reviews so I went that route and was so glad I did. I was less impressed with the Italian, but, and that's a big BUT, I don't like parsley and that was, for me, the dominant flavor in the herb oil. So while I wouldn't recommend that sandwich, it's just preference. My husband enjoyed both but the clear winner was the Oklahoma Sunset. Definitely will be back and looking forward to it.“
“this place is absolutely incredible! i had the vegetarian tacos + plantains (for dessert), and it was absolutely delicious! the atmosphere is so cute and chill + the staff is absolutely fabulous! i highly recommend if you are hankering for some fantastic oaxacan fare!“
“This wine bar was really beautiful. The ambiance was amazing. Gorgeous decorations for the season. The prices of the flights and the bottles were very good. The service not so much. When we came in the server greeted us and then ignored us. We got our first flight very quickly but the server didn't offer any information about the wines at all. We go into wine bars fairly often and what we love about them is the enthusiasm of the servers about the wine, we like to have the wine explained to us at least a little. This woman took our order. She brought our flight very quickly and ran away. We got no personal explanations or anything about any of these wines. And we wanted to order food and we told her we wanted to order food and the water that we had asked for at least 15 minutes earlier. She was closing another couples order out and I said hey we're going to order some food and can we please have our glass of water that we ordered earlier. She said yeah I'll Get to you as soon as I possibly can. 15 minutes later we finally got our water and she plopped it down on our table and ran off before we could order any food. We would have ordered food and probably ordered another glass of wine from the tasting menu that we enjoyed but we ended up just leaving.“
“Very nice attendants. Friendly and efficient.Nice atmosphere.7.99 burgers are limited to the Oklahoma Smash and the Ultimate only. The 3.99 fries are not worth the price.I did take out and called back ad I thought one had been forgotten just to be told that that was 2 orders. The burgers were flavorful and satisfying.“
“The birria tacos were really good and reasonable price . Went after 7pm so happy hour ends at 7pm.Parking: Parking in the parking structure , or on the street if you can find it. Park at your own risk at Citibank bank after hours is open and free but they might tow since it’s private property“
“This place is absolutely wonderful. This place gives wonderful food and wonderful atmosphere. I see some reviews on here that don’t make any sense. To rate this place less than 5 stars in absurd. Whoever writes a bad review about this place is a complete fool. I love Oink and Gobble!!!“
“Love love this place because of their delicious sours!!!! They have such fun and unique flavors, I am always amazed. Great atmosphere, lots of seating available. They usually always have a good truck available. Please don't stop making sours!! Favorite brewery by far!!“
“Let me start by saying this is one of my favorite bars the service is phenomenal Chris big Mike Joanna best friend and the new girl Chantel aka Alex is amazing the bar is extremely clean staff is friendly and know what you like for me it’s like a 4.5 out of 5 but 100% will be a 5 if they had twisted tea thank you 626 bar for a good time all the time“
“A nice little bar inside the packing house surrounded by all these good places to grab a bite before or after a nice drink. The drinks are made very well and taste amazing ! Bartenders are legit here and you can tell they just love what they do when they create the perfect drink such masterpieces. Thank you for the lovely customer service can't forget that ! Till next time“
“Very chill microbrewery located on the border of Fullerton and Anaheim. Guys that run this place are very welcoming & laidback. They have a lot of regulars that are nice especially this cute dog that’s here right now, oh yeah it’s dog friendly! For those who join friends to breweries they have soda cans as alternatives. Overall a very cool place music and atmosphere is very mellow and relaxing would come back to support local business.“
“Food is delicious but could get a little pricey, especially with the amount of craft brew I drink. The staff is extremely friendly and are ready to help you out on your tasty BBQ quest. I wish I could make Domestic my domestic dwelling, BBQ is taaaaaasty!Kid-friendliness: I've seen kids there happy enjoying their bacon Mac and cheeseParking: Parking in rear or in the streetWheelchair accessibility: No stairs in sight“
“I have to say I liked this place for the sole purpose that they offer draft beers from different breweries. I was sad that I could not try more of them because I was driving, but the two I had were delicious. I will not get into the other beers since I have my preferences of what I drink and like and what I may like other may not. Let's just say I am always open to trying different beers and those that seem to be different than others from different breweries.I would recommend this place, especially since you have a wide variety of places to eat, so it is not like you are stuck with either chicken wings, hamburgers or sandwiches, you have tacos, kababs, chicken, etc.“
“The owner gave us an awesome experience.?Will come back for sure!Gave us welcome shots also to enjoy our first-time visit.Charged us 5 drinks and food.Gave us huge discounts. Gladly, we came here instead of BWW. The owner even put the Kings hockey game and UFC fight on for us to watch.“
“This place is one of my absolute favorites in Whittier! The burgers are amazing, and I love their selection of Belgian beers. I am no oyster expert, but I tried them once and they were great! My partner and I come here often and have never been disappointed. The servers are amazing and always friendly. Highly recommend!“
“Food ordered: Wagyu Philly Cheese Steak.Taste: The Wagyu Philly Cheese Steak at The Iron Press is delicious. The wagyu steak is tender and flavorful, and the beer cheese is rich and creamy. The grilled bell pepper, mushroom, and onion add a nice sweetness and complexity to the sandwich. The French roll is perfectly toasted and holds up well to the weight of all the ingredients.Price: The Wagyu Philly Cheese Steak is $17.Presentation: The Wagyu Philly Cheese Steak is served on a paper plate with a side of pickle.Staff: The staff at The Iron Press is friendly. They are are able to supply me with extra utensils and napkins for my needs..Overall, I highly recommend the Wagyu Philly Cheese Steak at The Iron Press in Seattle, WA. It is a delicious and satisfying sandwich that is well worth the price.“
“Lola's by MFK: Filipino Feast Fit for a Royalty (or Just Hungry Me!)Yelpers, gather 'round and listen up! If you're craving a taste of the Philippines that's bursting with flavor and warmth, Lola's by MFK in Anaheim is your new royal court (or should I say, "puso" palace?). My taste buds are still doing a jig after my recent visit, so let me spill the delicious tea:Food that Sings to Your Soul:Lola's doesn't play around when it comes to Filipino cuisine. They dish up classics with a modern twist, leaving you both comforted and surprised. My Chicken Adobo was a revelation - the tangy, garlicky sauce clung to the tender chicken like a long-lost lover, sending shivers (of the good kind) down my spine. And the Lechon Kawali? Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and begging for every dunk in that vinegar dip.Beyond the Popular Picks:But Lola's isn't all about the hits. Don't miss their Pancit Hab Hab, a stir-fried noodle dish with shrimp, pork, and veggies that's spicy enough to wake up your senses without setting your mouth on fire. And for something truly unique, try the Sisig Kangkong, crispy water spinach topped with pork and a fried egg - trust me, it's an umami bomb you won't soon forget.Atmosphere that Feels Like Home:The warm hues and homey décor at Lola's make you feel instantly welcome. It's like stepping into your Lola's kitchen, even if the only thing you bake is burnt cookies (no judgment!). The staff is friendly and attentive, ready to answer your questions about the menu or just share a smile.A Few Notes for Your Royal Visit:Parking can be tight, so try street parking or the nearby lot.Reservations are recommended, especially for weekends and holidays.Bring your appetite - the portions are generous!Share your dishes family-style and try a bit of everything - that's how Filipino feasts are meant to be enjoyed!Final Verdict:Lola's by MFK is a gem in the Filipino food scene. It's not just a restaurant; it's an experience. From the heartwarming atmosphere to the explosion of flavors on your plate, Lola's will make you feel like royalty, even if your budget is more "commoner." So grab your royal chopsticks (or fork, no judgment again!), and head to Lola's for a feast fit for a king (or queen, or just hungry you!).Rating: 4.75 out of 5 stars“
“This place is perhaps one of the most overlooked gems in Anaheim. It is not big, it is not fancy, and it is not over the top like a lot of places around Disney. But it is also not crowded or dramatically overpriced! This place has a solid menu with enough variety to keep everyone happy for breakfast or dinner at prices that are not only reasonable but appropriate. After spending a week in Anaheim fighting for access to every restaurant in or near Disney, only to be outraged by the exorbitant prices, mediocre food and lackluster service, we found ourselves coming back to Chambers time and again. There was never a wait, service was AMAZING (Jose G is one of the nicest guys we have ever met and is amazingly thoughtful and attentive) and the prices and food were reasonable. Should we come back to Anaheim and Disney we will very likely stay at Hotel Indigo again, and we will eat here probably every day.“
“Pretty neat spot!Joined the cast of Cheers as I poured my own beers tonight, obligatory terrible pour with a mountain of foam, of course. Still, was fun to play bartender and get to try more beers than I typically would. You scan your ID and electronic form of payment with the cashier at the start. You receive a small device, think if a plastic bottle opener and a cigar cutter reproduced, and then off you go! Grab a glass, hope it's the right one for the style of sip you'll be selecting, make your choice, scan your device, and pour to your hearts content (and glassware's capacity)! Reconcile your tab at the counter where you scanned your ID. Such a unique concept and methodical way to save on labor costs and embrace the self-service way of consumerism. The beer assortment had some tasty choices, definitely will be back again to this Sweet Factory style brewery where you pay by the ounce!Beers were $0.59 per ounce, doing the math, a bit pricier for a standard pint, but a nice spin on the usual tasting house routine. Glassware was picked up often by the tending staff, makes sense if you're adding a tip at the close of your tab. Food truck rolled up in the evening (Fruti Di Mare) and it looked like a steady demand for lobster rolls, fish and chips, and other surf delights.“
“I was in the area during lunch by myself and was craving some sushi, so I found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out because the menu had chirashi bowl, which was exactly what I was looking for!I parked around the corner and walked to Kikyo. It was late past lunch rush hour so the place was pretty empty! I ordered my chirashi bowl, which came with salad and miso soup. The chirashi bowl was pretty good! It was smaller than other chirashi bowl for lunch I had, but it was perfect size for me. The quality of the sashimi was pretty good, especially the salmon. I did not care much for the other fish. I think if they had a salmon bowl only I would order that next time. Service was great, so attentive and very pleasant! They seem to have regular customers, which was a good sign. I would definitely recommend this place! Great sushi spot!“
“More like a 4.5 stars, overall, the food was very good. I usually don't eat Asian food in a cafe or cafe-like environment, nor am I ever in West Covina. I was pleasantly surprised at how solid the food was. The fried tofu was a must-try, and the bbq skewers and yakitori tasted almost like something out of an Asian bbq restaurant. Major props. Even the mini hotpot was pretty solid. One of the major things I like about Cheers Cafe is the clean environment. It's a cozy and pretty fun place to be. Did I mention you can also get many drinks here? It is truly a cafe experience, and I was sure to get my taro milk tea with my meal.Perhaps if you are next to Tokyo Central Market doing some shopping and want some great lunch or dinner, then I can suggest you head over here, especially to check out their happy hour deals!“
“The service was nice and friendly. The cheesling chicken tasted great, it was like a cheese dusted chicken. Great if you love cheese. If you have any extra cheese powered you use it to coat your Fries. Fries where okay same as most other places.“
“So I have seen this place and looked it up and been wanting to try it for a long time. I LOVE fried chicken and I love Korean fried chicken even more since there are so many yummy flavors. After work one night, my coworker and I wanted to eat and I suggested we go here to try it. This location is located in a plaza with plenty of free parking next to a dim sum and ramen place which are both also very good. The place was not packed but it was a bit late on a Sunday night after work. There are quite a few tables here and we were seated right away. Service was great and fast. They serve a complimentary side of cabbage, similar to cole slaw which cleanses your palate. Remember to check in on Yelp for some free fries! We got the shaken fries and the seasoning on it was oh so addicting! I did wish the fries were a bit more crispy, flavor was spot on though. We also ordered some cheese sticks which were also very tasty. For the chicken, we ordered the 18 pieces of crispy chicken wings because I wanted to try the cheese flavor and it only comes in crispy, which I prefer crispy anyways. We got cheese and garlic flavor. Both flavors were really good. You can taste the garlic and it is a wet sauce on the wings. The cheese however, I absolutely LOVED. It was a dry rub and just plain addicting!! I would for sure order the cheese flavor again!! In fact, I think I want to order the cheese flavor each time I come until I get tired of it lol. They do have many other flavors such as soy, signature, and some spicy ones. I want to try the other flavors as well. The wings themselves were a good size and super crispy and piping hot when they came out! As with other Korean fried chicken places, they also served the pickled daikon with the chicken. We definitely did not finish our food and had enough leftover so I could take home to my hubby to try also. The food was also not terribly priced. Yes, a bit more pricy for fried chicken, but it is so good that it is worth it! Our total was somewhere around $45 I believe and we had plenty of left overs. Would I come back to this place? Yes!! For sure I would come back! In fact, I am very excited to see that they are opening one up in Chino about 5 minutes from my house!! You can bet I will be going there for some fried chicken!!“
“Brickhouse Pizza is a great little place. I love their lasagna and their garlic bread! They have an interesting set up with 2 small dining areas separated by a semi-enclosed walk-up entry/patio in the middle. It can get pretty busy and a bit loud in the main dining area where you order, but the other side is quieter.“
“Cute little gem hidden in a random plaza in Buena Park! Hubbie and I were looking for a place to hang out after dropping off daughter to hang out for few hours. I like wine- he likes beer. We were so pleasantly surprised to find the place with a great selection of both! From the outside you wouldn't think much, but once inside, it is the most cozy and welcoming place. We chatted with the guy working there (can't remember his name but he was so friendly!), who told us that the owner likes to change up the drink menu monthly. They also have a shelf of board and trivia games to play, and host weekly trivia nights. We had a great cozy evening, and tried some excellent wine & beer for such a great price! Their flatbread was also very tasty. It is a great place to hang out and unwind for the evening. Thank you for a great time!“
