“Ye Wool Bakery is not like the typical fancy bakery but holds amazing nostalgic baked goods from the past. My go to is salt bread and soboro(?) which I highly recommend. The cashier lady with short hair and glasses helped me with those choices and I appreciate her a lot ?“

“As always such a treat to get food from here. Savories, sweets sandwiches all so good. To see them spread out and having to choose is so difficult. Cubano was sour and the Spicy Chicken Milanese was great but not so spicy. Ropa Veja was also tasty. . The bread on all these… perfect. Mango shake was better than the Passion Guava. It gets very crowded at lunch time. You cannot order sandwiches online. The drinks they make when you pick them up.“

literally everything melts in ur mouth but its not sticky and the cookie is crunchy but not grainy it’s literally so perfect

i’ve been thinking about brownies for the past few weeks and all i wanted was a good brownie that ISNT WEED and this place cured me. My brownie poisoned mind has been cured and i’m free.

I love the large varieties of cookies there and they're large! Every cookie and small pie has been absolutely delish! I just had a small key lime pie this past weekend that SO good!“

We love that they are big enough to cut up and share, so the whole family gets to try each flavor we pick. The staff was friendly. The cashier taking our order asked if we had an allergies (we don’t, but nice to know they care) The store was clean and the open floor plan allows you to see the staff making the cookies in back.“

“As soon as I walked in. My eyes lit up. They have Paris Brest!! A french pastry made of choux pastry airy, light, soft in the middle, and a soft layer of crunch the outside. Delicately sweet and rich filling of praline cream. It's been over 10 years since I've had one. Finally, I found a French bakery that makes it. They have a good variety of other French pastry. Here's a list of what I got.Cream puffs: very light and not too sweet.Éclairs: same a cream Cream puffsMini frut tart: very cute and perfect for 1 person.Vietnamese ice coffee: excellent flavor. I love espresso, but my husband likes medium roast. This meets us halfway. Not overly sweeten and not too rich. It's just perfect.Paté chaud: it's the best I've had. I haven't had any good pate chaud in the last 15 years. I could tell they made everything fresh with good quality ingredients. Even my husband enjoyed the pate chaud. I regret only getting 2. I could eat 20 if more.My husband said, "we're definitely coming back" if we were local. Overall everything was yummy. The highlight of them all are. Pate chaud, vietnamese coffee and Paris brest. If we were local. I would come here daily for their vietnamese coffee and Paté chaud. And of course, for their Paris Brest.I believe they are the owners. They are very nice. We ordered a good amount of pastries. They asked us where were are going. We told them we are picking up food for the temple. He didn't charge us for the 2 Paté chaud. This speaks loud to me and my husband. They are passionate and generous. We will be supporting them when we come down to visit my sister. We will definitely tell our friends and family about them.“

“This was my first time trying a tart cake, and I was so excited that I drove two hours just to get it. The cake tastes really good, and it reminds me a lot of Napoleon (mille-feuille). If I had one suggestion, it would be for the fruit on top to be a bit sweeter, as some pieces were a little unripe. Other than that, my family and I loved it. The owner was also incredibly sweet and friendly.“

I ordered a birthday cake for my sister with a ton of food allergies, and whoever I spoke to on the phone (wish I still had her name!) was really helpful with all my questions double checking if the cake would be safe for her. Everything is very thoroughly labeled, and very delicious. The cake was super rich and tasty, and my sister grabbed a bunch of assorted pastries while we were picking up the order (the cake is down a strawberry in the front and no raspberry thumbprint cookies pictured because she ate both as soon as we were in the car.) “A normal corner donut shop. I decided to try it out. Overall satisfied. Service was great. I ordered half a dozen donuts and got an extra for free ?? Giving it 5 stars because it is what you'd expect and the prices were decent~ Would come back for the donuts. Didn't mind my sausage, egg, and croissant sandwich. The blended mocha was yummy too. I do want to try one of their smoothies next time. Total cost for 1/2 dozen donuts, two blended mochas, and a #7 was about $21 if I'm not mistaken. So yeah, hella worth the price.“
