“came here and tried their minis. they were a little costly, but a nice occasional treat. i got the semi-sweet chocolate chunk, cookie dough, and blueberry muffin, which all looked like the picture. i think the warm cookies were the best, and the more recently they come out of the oven the better. service was great and friendly, store was clean.“

My daughter found Fairgroundz on Google maps. And, boy... we are so glad we went there. We will definitely be back to see the new addition to their patio area. “Nice little place to grab a cold, sweet treat. Inside is simple with a few tables for seating and cute decorations. I like their ice cream cups and they also have drinks. They have a small variety but I like the ones that aren't too sweet.

“Wanted to try a new breakfast donut shop and found this one! The owner was so sweet and the place was very clean and organized. She had so many choices of donuts and I chose a chocolate nut cake and a chocolate chip donut one. They were absolutely delicious, soft, and fresh!!! They were also great prices and she tossed in an extra one which was so kind of her! They also have a wide variety of drinks that look so delicious. I highly recommend coming here the prices, environment, food, and owner were all great! New spot to eat at“

“This place is an alternative for melo melo. Quality wise and taste wise for the jelly are as good as melo melo. One thing I don’t like is the egg waffle because it wasnt not crispy. Other than that, everything’s good. Lots of parking. Service by server are friendly and didn’t take too long to get my food.“

“This is an excellent alternative to Melo Melo literally it tastes the same but the refrigeration system here works a lot better so it's actually cold and not borderline room temperature like it is at Melo Melo. The only downside is the flavor selection here isn't as great so I hope they have more in the future and the place smells kind of stuffy and funny“

Their takisesquite was so good, I had the raspado de guayaba and my mother had the raspado de fresas, she loved it, my raspado was extremely delicious and had great texture, the takisesquite was really delicious and their esquite cup is 3.75 iirc, great service as well, the hours are incorrect. They are open from 9 or 10am (seemingly random) to midnight.“

I tried the cinnamon and coconut ones — absolutely amazing, they just melt in your mouth. The staff is friendly, the music is calm, and the place is clean and welcoming. “First time trying Sul & Beans today with hubby and daughter. I've had shaved ice plenty of times before, but I'd never had it Korean-style! We are definitely coming back because there are so many flavors to try! Service was super quick, and everything was delicious! Big thumbs up!“

“Lucky Sakura is now Flora Bakery & Tea. There are two tables of 4 inside. Staff is sweet and helpful. They offer to mix and match the sets on displayed. The only one that can't be mixed is durian flavor. Their daifukus are essentially edible art and great for gifts. The insides varies from fresh fruit to popping boba. My favorite is honey green tea with QQ crystal boba.

That being said, the stuffed hawthorn tanghulu 豆沙糖葫蘆 is the item that will keeping me going back for more. I tried the red bean stuffed hawthorn. I really liked the edible rice paper and sesame on the outside. Hands down my favorite item.“

Had some trouble with the application process due to my name change and Sandra was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! She has such a beautiful personality and is so supportive and professional. As far as the community, so far so good. Ive seen the many negative reviews but they are outdated. It's pretty clean. Laundry room is clean and the machines actually work. Overall clean in the amenities. The weekend is actually quiet and peaceful! When walking the community the grassy areas are actually clean. People here actually pick up after their dogs ,that's kind of a hard one to find.“

“Taiwanese dessert joint. We landed here by mistake. I was craving cold stone ice cream, but there wasn't anywhere to sit, so we ended up here; it was a beautiful encounter. We ordered Q mochi milk shaved ice cream. They also provide you with individual cups and spoons because this ice cream is shareable. They are newly opened, and the ambience is pleasant.
