“This is a fabulous Thai Restaurant. You are greeted with a warm smile and then served really delicious food. I had curry puff balls followed by spicy prawns and bacon. “This beautiful Thai restaurant is located in Danville. Yesterday we had project dinner in this restaurant. Liked the fish dish more than chicken dish . Thai Basil chicken was little sweeter in taste similar to teriyaki chicken. Shrimp tempura & whole Brazino fish fry was awesome in taste similar!“

“I have been meaning to try this place for a while and it did not disappoint. Located in a beautiful white store front the food is just as good as the whole aesthetic of the restaurant.

I got Khao soi curry and a seafood noodle dish. It was fast delicious and fresh.

The service also was incredible. Totally mom and pop vibe where everyone hustles, is friendly and delivers just a great experience.

“Padsew very good flavor. There was a very friendly lady and then a not so friendly lady. We had a bit of a language barrier and the unfriendly one made sure to be scarce as I waited. The very friendly hostess righted the wrong quickly and I was grateful. I didn't appreciate how the other unfriendly one addressed me. The veggie padsew and the Golden potstickers were good. I don't really eat meat...but I tried it and it was a good texture and it wasnt dry. I also put the potstickers in my airfryer for 3 or so minutes to crisps them back up..the sauce was yummy 😋“

The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, healthy, and clean. Three of us are vegetarian and we were easily accommodated with plenty of tasty options, which was such a nice surprise. I’ve only ever done take out and have had quite a few of their dishes - all of which have been solid. But their unique and kind of tangy sweet Crab Rangoon and their Tom Kha Soup really are special. I also appreciate how their spice level is consistent and real (like a 2 has some heat to it!). Definitely recommend.“

This is a small family-owned restaurant where the husband cooks, and the wife, Clair, hosts. They are both very professional and coordial individuals. We ordered Pad Woon Sen, Yellow Curry, Mango Curry and Pineapple Fried Rice. Each dish was flavorful, and the Curries go superbly with white rice! Wait staff was very attentive, the decor was tasteful and uncluttered, making the experience very enjoyable. We will be back to try the other offerings!“

“It was 8:15 and everything in Walnut Creek closes at 9pm. I was craving Green Curry. We were hungry and just picked this place because they were open. I've tried many of the Thai places all around the WC area and have yet to find one I really like, until now.

All the food is fresh and very well made. The rice was perfect and flavorful. The ambiance and vibe of the overall restaurant was warm, welcoming, and very clean. It is not casual dining but is casual in style. It was late and the owner took our order. He is a really nice guy.

As for the green curry I wanted so much, the steamy coconutty spicy rich chickeny broth with just a bit of heat was perfect. The only thing I would change is to eliminate the green beans but that's purely my taste. My partner had the PatHed, which he loved.

Will we return? Absolutely, and I hope soon!

I am advocating for family owned restaurants everywhere when I ask diners to get up and go out to any of the local family owned restaurants instead of using those delivery services. Those services charge the customers many fees and then also charge the restaurants about 25%. They are killing these wonderful places.

Never forget how much we wanted the shutdown to end, why are we still eating on our couches?

Get out one night soon and try out Plearn Thai Palace if you want fresh homemade Thai food that will leave you feeling like your taste buds and tummy are thanking you.“
