Located in the Newport Hill Shopping Center, parking was plentiful, and the restaurant boasts a comfortable ambiance with ample seating—including patio options—and even a bar setup. The service staff were friendly, making our dining experience enjoyable from start to finish.

We started with the blackened chicken nachos, which came in a good portion loaded with cheese and meat, though the meat was a bit on the lighter side. For our mains, we ordered a variety of dishes including the tacos carnitas and steak, Rosa burrito, Rosa bowl, and the Rosa combo. The meat in each dish was delicious, with the steak taco standing out in particular, and the Rosa combo was both plentiful and satisfying.

“We are in the city of Laguna Beach. Stopped a this place to have dinner. Great sandwiches. Had a Turkado and pastrami. Pricing was very, very reasonable! Highly recommended if you are in the area. This would be my new favorite place if it was in Riverside.

“Its been about 2 years since I went here and now they have so much more amazing dishes on their menu. I tried their new arrival dishes such as their bulgogi fries which were crispy with delicious meat. Would have wished for a different type of cheese, but not mad about it! Their stir fried udon was al dente, which I loved and their korean fried chicken had a nice crunch. The service was fantastic and had a dim interior which is great for a late night group gathering.“

“Stopped by this Japanese restaurant in lake forest on a Friday night with family. We sat down promptly and the service was fast. Tried an assortment of sushi and hand rolls edamame cucumber salad and their spicy beef bowl. All gray and fresh although the the spicy beef bowl wasn’t spicy and was more sweet than anything else. “Had an amazing time last night (8/27) at Cowboys & Poodles! Both Mo & Chris were attentive and welcoming; making it feel like home and a place where I can be myself! Cocktails were delicious and perfectly crafted/balanced. There was a pop up cowboy show that happened out of nowhere, which caught me by surprise, it was so much fun and entertaining to be part of!
