“Stopped here before my gfs departing flight and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was wonderful, the drinks were stiff and reasonably priced, and our bartender (Tucker) was the kindest and most efficient bartender I’ve ever had in my life. From now on, this place will be a mandatory go-to before flying out of SNA.“

“Spicy chicken feet is at the right level of spiciness. They don’t have boneless option, so you have to do your work. And if you decided to order spicy chicken feet, order with diy rice ball. Not because it’s fiery hot, but the portion of one order is def not enough for two people. So if you are hungry, combo menu will be the best. Me and my friend got combo A, and we got enough of various dishes ( chicken feet+diy rice ball+steamed egg+fried chicken). Also this place didn’t seemed to be overly busy even in the Friday night. No need for reservation.“

Very friendly staff they all help out my daughter had the mushroom burger with onion rings and my son had the bacon cheese burger with tots. “Living in the boonies of San Diego Co has benefits…(no traffic jams)…but few awesome perks…(like Tiki bars!!) Luckily the gods aligned, in Orange Co, and our last stop was the Stowaway. Intriguing, dark-painted, one small door marked the front of a strip-mall establishment… hmmm…sorta scary…but not really!! But there were two of us, and we had researched this place…so… The doorman looked at us, said a few things and unlocked a chain. We walked through curtains into the darkest bar I had ever been in, and shuffled toward the green lit bar…which turned red, then blue. The girl bartender handed us a card which we couldn’t read…it was really dark inside. From the shadows, up walked a bearded guy wearing a black shirt with hibiscus’s, smiled, extended his hand and said, “Hi, I’m “WILL”…can I explain anything to you? We had lots of questions…about drinks, Tiki ceramics, glassware, appetizers…and WILL cheerfully explained everything…He was fun, cheery, smart, and So Nice!! He brought us amazing drinks (a Tropical Margarita, a Cococano and totally fun ceramic sculptures from which to drink…an Angler Zombie Fish with a light, and Carved Volcano mug that had a flame show-by WILL, included!! Awesome!!) Totally wonderful décor…lights, bamboo furniture, comfy stools, the Skull Cave and waterfall, starry night ceiling, cool pool tables with lotsa room around them…everything thought through perfectly!!! We are definitely going back…VERY soon!!!! Thanks so much for everything, WILL!!“

“My husband and I ordered several dishes, and everything was delicious and prepared meticulously. The broiled fish with grated daikon is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Our server was attentive and made our meal comfortable. The decor is more pared down, but very clean. We’re visiting from out of town, but if we lived in the area we would definitely go back.“

“We are in the city of Laguna Beach. Stopped a this place to have dinner. Great sandwiches. Had a Turkado and pastrami. Pricing was very, very reasonable! Highly recommended if you are in the area. This would be my new favorite place if it was in Riverside.

“This used to be my go to kbbq, but in all honesty they fell off a little. Maybe I'm comparing it to my new spot too much but in my opinion they've lessened on quality and service. The waitress takes my order but doesn't write it down and i end up not getting what I ordered. They kept changing the grill and not turning the heat up enough so everything took ages to cook and when it finally heated up they came and changed the grill again. The quality of the bulgogi beef has gone down in my opinion. That being said everything else was delicious. The brief biscuit was really good, when it finally arrives. Only know it's still highly recommend this place but I would suggest they write down the orders and hire a couple more waitresses. Also waaaay too loud. Turn down the loop slightly“

“The young man who took my order was friendly and helpful. I asked for sandwich suggestions since it was my first time there, and he definitely led me in the right direction.

The sandwich was loaded with all the good stuff, but WAY too much lettuce - there was no way to take a bite of it, and since I am not a snake and able to unhinge my jaw, I took most of it out. I did appreciate the generous helping of avocado and all the ingredients were fresh.

Lastly, for what I got, the price was very good. I'm a fan and I'll be back!“

Honey, we command this place like pirates. The Owner finally did somethin' right-floor don't grab my flip-flops, somebody's moppin'! Jeff's still king behind the bar, new gals laugh real, pour cold, TVs sharp as knives. Only hitch-get Cruisers to wing it over so we quit dodgin' Death Trap Balboa Boulevard. They said they were out of the one for my wife so I turned to ask her as she’s walking towards me and before I could finish my question to her the bartender asks “Is there anything else for this order?!” Thankfully she said whatever you’re having or I would have felt like I was inconveniencing this poor man at the beginning of his shift with a practically empty bar. I’d come back but would make it a point to have a back up drink in mind just in case I happened to bother this guy on another “off night”.“
