“Food was delicious and service was fast. Only outdoor seating and walk up window to order. Perfect spot to grab a bite before the pageant of the masters about 10 minute walk from there! Steak Street Tacos beans and rice were excellent. A little disappointed they had run out of the jerk chicken. We will have to go back to try it!“

“All the tacos are amazing here. Never had a bad experience. The service was solid, didn’t have to wait long for food on a busy night. The ambiance was relaxing and inviting.

“This is our family's favorite taco place. I haven't had anything bad so far. The hot salsa is fire, and the guacamole is delicious. The tacos are generously filled. Two tacos wothout rice and beans are usually more than enough for me. The staff just makes it all the better. Our kids always love seeing Mrs. G. Don't let the low-key location fool you - this place is top-notch.“

Service was great, fast and friendly!
We came in at the end of the day and the burrito meat was a bit dry/hard but I loved the tacos I got! And would definitely eat there again!“

“Big portions for low prices (considering our economy). The torta cubana was delicious. Packed to bursting with meat, cheese, and all the trimmings. They do the same with their burritos.
My friend says their lengua is the best he’s ever had.
Since this inside North Gate, depending on the time of day/week, it might be much busier and/or harder to find seating. We had to sit somewhere in the market that wasn’t nearby“

“They catered our monthly event we call "Together" at Calvary Chapel Pacific Hills last night and all of their food was fabulous! I wish I had known about them for my upcoming Fiesta event in May at my mobile home park. Well I know who will be catering it next year: TB!!!😋🥰😃“

“I had the Quesatacos with asada, which are very filling. There was a plentiful amount of meat with good flavor.
The courtyard was delightful with Don Covel playing classical music on a Sunday afternoon. The cost was affordable for lunch, averaging around $10 per person for each of us.“

“Your coming here for the authentic Mexican food for much lower prices than anything around. Not fancy and location looks a little run down, but when your getting tasty carnitas and chicken street tacos for around $2 per, and a little salsa bar, it’s a win. They’ve got amazing happy hour deals from 3-6 every day as well. Quick service and friendly environment with Mexican music subtly playing while you eat. Good experience for lunch!“

“Lunch tacos are flavorful. The menu is automated for your personal selection.
I tried one each of three taco choices. Avoiding breaded and fried food, the Cajun Shrimp and Cajun Fish tacos were very good and filling. The grilled chicken was taken to-go because the tacos are nicely filled, not street tacos.

The shrimp and avocado salad looked good although they use a substantial amount of dressing.“

“Food is consistent. The last time we were here was pre-covid.
The ordering system takes a few trys to get used to, but this gentleman, Jesus made sure everything went smoothly.
On top of the food being delicious, Jesus, and his team made sure our experience here was top notch.
Edit: Prior to visiting pre-covid, we popped in last week and was helped by Marie. She was the reason why we wanted to dine in, again.
Then Jesus took the customer service to the next level.
Thank you, Jesus and Marie.

“I had charros grill cater a graduation party for 20 people this weekend. The cooks were super prompt, professional and very friendly! Tacos were big, meat was delicious and cooked fresh at my event. Salsas were amazing, rice and beans were authentic. Prices were great. I am very happy I found them! Scheduling was straightforward and communication was great leading up to the event. Gustavo and Lucio were the cooks and I scheduled with Ms. Reyna, all wonderful!“

“Very sweet cashiers, amazing customer service. First time visiting this location and had amazing food. Sat outside which most places call you to go inside to pick up your food, not here. They brought our food to us and gave restaurant-like service asking every so often if we needed anything!“

“Northgate Market, Costa Mesa is a great place for Mexican food shopping as well as authentic Mexican restaurants. It has many public indoor and outdoor tables with heat lamps and lights where you can sit and dine with family and friends after buying your dinner plates at one of the restaurants. Highly recommended if Mexican food is one of your favorites.“

“Awesome pub on campus. Great bar food such as burgers, “stoner” fries with carne asada, nachos etc.. great kombucha beer options on tap as well as ciders.. also huge beer selection as well.
Great place to get together with friends or have some food and study. Bartenders are really nice.“
