“I was having lunch at Maast Indian and I ordered a lamb curry which came with a bed of rice. I also ordered some breaded cauliflower that I’ll dig into. I like cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. “Sattva is our go-to Indian restaurant!! We’ve been to both locations and have found it to be consistent, delicious, and the service is always top notch! Highly recommend the butter chicken & tikka masala (basic, I know, but SO GOOD). We also have a vegan friend who always appreciates the number of options for her. The mango lassi is also delish!“

“I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. Ill admit I was nervous at first, as ive never really tried Indian food. I was immediately welcomed in, not rushed to order, and they were extremely patient. Obviously the service was fantastic, that doesnt mean the food wasnt anything short of spectacular. My first bite I got a wave of flavor so unlike anything ive had before. I immediately understood why there are so many good reviews here. Thank you for being so kind and making such good food. I dont live nearby but will definitely be coming back.“

“Plan being to go today and read the recent 3 reviews but have been in their buffet multiple times. My daughter love their shahi paneer and palak paneer with Bhindi and I like their butter chicken to go. That is all happened very frequently up until last 2 weeks. “A solid option for buffet style Indian food. I wouldn’t say it’s the best in OC but it is decently priced and they have a fair amount of variety and dishes to choose from. What stood out to me most was the paneer curry and the tikka masala. Was not the biggest fan of the goat dish or the chili chicken. I liked the atmosphere in here though. Very clean and they had the Bollywood music on in the background which really helps set the mood lol.“

“I would strongly disagree with any negative reviews here - we catered from Vishnu Catering for our large Indian wedding the entire weekend and it was the best food we and many of our guests have ever had at a wedding! Ram was kind, helpful, professional, and incredibly reliable as a vendor - we never had to worry about anything going wrong with catering and he was easily one of our favorite and best vendors of the whole process. The food and drink was phenomenal across all events. We are still getting comments from guests, Indian and non-Indian, about how amazing the food was. We are so grateful we got to work with Ram and his team and we would cater again for any event big or small in a heartbeat!“

“I had the rava onion masala dosa, the vadas and the kal dosa with vegetable kurma. The dosas were fabulous. the chutneys and sambhar were good. The kurma wasn’t great. It wasn’t a south indian kurma that i was expecting. It was a creamy, sweetish kurma. Wasn’t what i wanted but it wasn’t bad.“

“One of the most sub standard experience! The food had all the same curry base, made from canned ingredients. The staff was unhelpful and did not care at all. The seating is narrow and cheap. The portion size of s horrible. The taste of the food is awe filling because it’s probably microwaved rather than cooked properly. Horrible experience. Stay away! There are better Indian restaurants.“
