“I haven't been to a Starbucks in years and recently became a Panera fan for about a year. However, after a few stops here, it's now my new favourite place for a coffee and a little bit of respite before work.
The staff here are caring, and try very hard to provide the best service possible. They remembered me after just 2 visits. Their smiles are always big and genuine.
The place is as clean as expected, and the coffee is black and hot.
Cheers to the staff here, making people's day a little better.“
“This is for the Starbucks on Riverside and Lakeshore in lake Elsinore. Just amazing, all running getting it done. I walked up to pick up an order, staff was friendly and working so HARD!!! GREAT JOB! the person who came to the window had an amazing attitude!!! ALL WERE SMILING if I could give another star I would.“
“I drive out of my way to come to this Starbucks (grand and riverside area) passing another one on the way. This place never mess up orders and they are always so nice. Oh, and the drinks are always on point! If you frequent starbucks, you know that some stores will make your usual and it will be a little off. Not this one. Anyway, Today I accidentally placed my order too soon and couldn't get ahold of them. The phone isn't working. When I showed up, i explained their phone wasnt working and what happened and they we so awesome and remade the drinks for me. 10/10.“
“This particular Starbucks offers great service, the coffe always tastes the same which is not the case with other Starbucks location whwre it'sometimes too strong and sometimes watered down. This place is clean and the music is never too loud, the outdoor seating is nice too. Bathrooms are clean and the pastries are always well stocked :)“
“I want to thank the staff for the wonderful service i received this a.m. Very rarely do i have the time to treat myself. This a.m. i did not see a line & i took a chance to drive through. SO happy i did. My dog enjoyed his 1st pup cup, The service was pleasantly inviting & my drink was PERFECT. Thank you for making my day👍“
“I love Starbucks, it has such a great variety of food and drinks. I appreciate that this location has signs posted for the drive-thru, since it’s a little wonky for having to share lot space with Valvoline. I just wish that other people actually read them and didn’t cut the line
Vegetarian options: They have a delicious tomato and mozzarella sandwich that I would recommend to even non-vegetarians.
Dietary restrictions: Dairy products can easily be substituted for alternatives such as oat milk.
Parking: It’s probably best to park and go in because the drive thru can be tricky to navigate.
Kid-friendliness: They have coffee-free drinks for kids that any kid with a sweet tooth (so basically all kids) will love!“
“Overall great service. I've been going to this Starbucks for years The management team is awesome. I would have given it five stars but there's one employee there that is very rude her name is Alyssa so she may need more training in customer service. My daughter has also come home and expressed to me there's one girl at the Starbucks that's very rude and her name is Alyssa.. I said oh maybe she's having a bad day, we all have those. Then I experienced her rudeness I guess another bad day at 6:00 a.m.
