“Delicious and good value. I am updating this post I made sometime ago. This location may have changed owners or management. I'm not sure if it's all the Arby's, but this location is practicing shrinkflation. Their crispy chicken sandwich use to be a very large and a good value, now the same sandwich is almost twice the price and taste like a Walmart frozen chicken patty. My food was like warm at best. Very disappointed ☹️“

“I only ever use the drive through, but I've never had any issues here. They have never gotten an order wrong and they are always SUPER quick with getting the food to me. Sometimes I've ordered for up to 4 people and they still get the order going and ready in what seems like less than a minute. The staff has always been friendly as well. No issues with wrong change or attitude.

“I always go through the drive through at this restaurant because I’m usually getting my food to go and get home. The staff is very friendly every time I’m there. They great me with a smile and ask for a rewards phone number. If I forget to give my phone number they will ask for it and if there’s a reward you can use they will let you know and ask if you want to use it. I love the food! My favorite is the surf and turf carne asada fries. I’ve been going to sombreros since I was in high school and I’m 45 now. I do bring my friends with me when I go to the taco shop and I do recommend sombreros.

“It was too busy and orders were coming out burnt (guy next to me), or in my case....cold. Fried zucchini
should come out hot. I don't think I've had that big of a problem here it's just between forgetting to put things in your bags when you're in the drive thru, things like that then of course there's the less food for more money thing. Try the times when they're not busy. I mean the food is good it's just inconsistent.“

“Rude and your order is never right. What a shame to be the only place open for a person like me. Who works till 2am and on the regular gets screwed over by a franchise restaurant. Spoke to the manager a few times and unfortunately was uncooperative , unbelievably rude and condescending. It amazes me how some people are in the fast food industry. If you can’t stand the heat. Get out of the kitchen.“
