“Stopped in with my boys and though we generally have good customer service at most Cold Stones with a couple of exceptions a while back at the Garden Grove location on Chapman, Stephanie provided outstanding customer service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.“

“Cute little coffee shop with a lot of coffee/latte selections that I tried during the week I was in Lynwood. All the coffee and pastries I had were delicious and well done. Had a couple of their breakfast sandwiches and enjoyed them too. They have wifi but you have to ask for the password. Only a couple of outlets by the tables but the couple of hours I spent there one day it wasn't a problem to get access to one.“

“Had craving for ice cream one night, and came into this location. Ice cream was great, but I was very impressed with the service on how quick it and professional it was. I believe there was a gentleman there named Genesis (hopefully this is how you spell his name), he was on point. Very sharp, attentive to customers, and was quick to service my wife and I. By the way he approached and engaged with us, I thought he was the manager of the shop. Awesome customer service. Please extend our thanks to Genesis.“

“Thanks to Bani’s bakery for a beautiful and yummy, moist cake for my son’s birthday. My son requested for the “ Stinky and Dirty Show” bday cake which i looked up everywhere I couldn’t find much ideas. Just asked Bani and told her which cake he liked and we got this awesome cake. All my boys love every single details and tasting of the cake (mixed berries with raspberries mousses filling = perfect pairing). The service was great, the design was great, the price was great & the wait time was great. I am sooo happy& appreciative that I found a local bakery shop. “Like most Coldstones, this is a small location with no inside seating. The ice cream is good and the staff is efficient. The one downside of this location is parking. The developers crammed almost a dozen restaurants including a Starbucks and a buffet along with a grocery store and did not provide anywhere near enough parking. Your options are circling like a shark waiting for a spot to open or parking in Targets lot and walking over during busy times. That is one of the reasons why I don't usually go to this Coldstone unless I am already eating somewhere else in the center.“

“I’ve never had any rude interactions with these employees but you also have to understand that they also have a life so coming in with 5 minutes till closing with all your family members trying to figure out what they want puts them in overtime and me as a business man can’t afford to pay out that much O/T because you decided to wait to the very last moment . So get use to it it’s happening all around in a lot of businesses .“

“I visited this Cold Stone with a friend for the first time. When I walked in I noticed customers eating ice cream in cups in the outdoor seats. There are no seats inside to "dine in" at this location. I ordered a cookie dough ice cream with Carmel and nuts in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. The ice cream was delicious. But the cone was stale. If I return I will definitely order my ice cream in a cup. My order for 2 people was $29. Our ice cream order was way more expensive than I would've expected. Me my friend ate on the seats outside that we had to wipe up ourselves. For the price I paid at least the tables outside should be clean.“

“this past weekend i came to coldstone and it was my very first time, and a beautiful sweet young lady named nicole helped me out, she was so understanding, and allowed me to sample whatever i wanted and walked me through all the signatures, i felt so bad because we spent like 10 minutes discussing the signatures but she was super patient and super kind, i went with a got to have it “cheesecake fantasy” but i replaced the ice cream for mint, and the blue berries and strawberries for brownies and chocolate chips, if you ever visit, i 10/10 recommend!!! we were making small talk as she made my ice cream and she honestly felt like my daughter! she was so kind, seeing a young lady so energetic was so refreshing. if management is reading this, she’s a keeper!!! never let her go!!! if you stop by coldstone, ask for nicole, she will provide the best customer service you have ever experienced!!“
