Starbucks in Lakewood

“I always order a black coffee with cream and sugar. I did the same here. Let me tell you that was THE BEST TASTING BLACK COFFEE EVER!!!

The barista asked me what specific kind of bean I preferred. Never in the history of Starbucks has anyone asked me that. The coffee was bomb. I'll be back again and again. I hope this experience is on repeat every time. ☕“

“I never thought I would write a review for a starbucks because we'll, it just another starbucks. But.....The service here was outstanding. The person in front of me ordered 30 drinks and I thought I would be there forever since there were only 4 workers. But noooo, I didn't have a chance to relax. They had me out of there in 5 minutes.This is the most efficient starbucks I've ever been to. They had 2 people working on the big order and the other 2 taking care of the line of customers. I started writing this as soon as I got to my car and the person with the large order just left with loads of drinksKudos to the staff on April 10, 2024 at 8:50am“

“Great friendly customer service! Spacious and clean place to relax and enjoy food & drinks. Many seating area inside and out with well lit atmosphere. Some drawbacks is parking and congestion with the drive thru. Also around 2:30 pm during school year, the location gets extremely loud, rowdy and crowded with kids after school from across the street as well as the high school a block away.“

“I only ever go here on the way to work and it’s fine but what’s up with asking for my name in the drive thru? Never experienced this before. It’s hella awkward, seems totally pointless for drive thru, and they (understandably) get my name wrong all the time. It’s Jeff. Today I guess they heard “Ken” and I didn’t want to correct them and add more awkwardness to an already awkward interaction. Y’all don’t need to know my name. Never have I ever experienced this in a drive thru anywhere else on earth. Please stop.“

“The line is always crazy at this one due to the pandy! Some of the nicest and friendliest barristas around. Been coming to this one for many years and it has always been consistent good service. There's parking in back or on side(for now). If you can order ahead and walk in, you're likely to get your drink faster.“
