The place is very well maintained. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. No parking challenges here. The price is not too bad. The Fresca are worth the price for sure.
Coming from LA, I've had MORE than my share of food delights from Mexico and Central America. I would absolutely put El Torogoz's food up against any of it.Named after the beautiful national bird of El Salvador representing the family, you will NOT be disappointed with the food and service at this small pupuseria. YUM, YUM!

First time here at Taqueria and Pupuseria El Torogoz.I came on a lunch business meeting and enjoyed some yummy pupusas! Not a huge fan of their "Salvadorean horchata" and I am glad I tried it. "Mexican horchata" was good and probably will order that one next time. If you're craving pupusas and/or have never tried them before, I really recommend this place.
