“The setting was nice ,but they could not seat us inside or on the porch. We were seated in a tent area outside and it was out of the sun and cold. We made a few trips to the car for jackets. The food was ok. My daughter got two fish tacos and they were great. My husband got the fish sandwich and it was nothing special. The prices were high for what we received. We are just passing through and aren't aware if the pricing is to be expected for the area. In my opinion this place is trying to be higher end craft food realm but hitting more in the run of the mill area.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kid menu.“
“Fun neighborhood-type place. We always feel welcome and happy at La Locanda. The Caesar salad actually tastes like anchovies and the Parmesan makes the dressing a little creamy. All the Pinsa is delicious. We've tried them all and enjoyed each variety. Re wine, If you ask for a mineral-ly white, they will recommend and you'll be happy. All the dishes the wait staff carried by us looked tempting. All the wait staff is friendly. One problem: the focaccia is so good that it's hard to stop eating it.“
“Went for a birthday diner and cassoulet. Had a really great waitress, salads, Mussels, Halibut, but unfortunately the cassoulet was mediocre and lacked that rich congealed flavor. Hardly any duck confit and sausages were tough. Left half of it and was surprised by the bland flavor. Next time would try the beef bourguignon instead. The Creme Brûlée helped make up for it though. Delicious as was the strawberry rhubarb crisp.“
“The coffee drinks are great...beautiful foamy presentation, yummy, and perfect temperature. The pastries and cookies are to die for. The service is very prompt and friendly. Ambiance has a very boutiquey feel. There's a large parking lot nearby or can do street parking. Very safe area. I'm from San Jose but, I love coming here.“
“Amazing pizza and Caesar salad. The Specialized was so good... The sausage and pepperoni were the best I have tasted outside of Rome Italy. Thin and delicious pizzas just like Roma. What a gem this place is... I can't wait to return for the dinner service.“
“The food is fantastic. I had a grilled chicken Sriracha sandwich. It wasn't too spicy and it was fantastic, fresh.I also had a slice of vegetarian quiche and it was the best quiche I've ever had!!If you're going during a peak time, prepare to wait and you're not going to be able to sit. There are some long benches and a few tables inside.. they need to get double the amount of stools to be able to seat people appropriately!!If it's a nice day you can sit outside, but if it's in the middle of winter you better go off peak hours..But you will get great food ??Parking: There's a parking lot outside the square.. but if it's a peak time, there's too many people with too much money so you're competing with everyone else“
“It's been said that when you die and go to heaven it will be better than you could have ever imagined. That's how I feel about Empirio Rulli. It's got a beautiful ambiance with pastries that rival any I've had anywhere. The Custard Bombolini was so good with delicious custard like I've never had. My cappuccino was excellent. This is a must visit kind of place.“
“Awesome team here! Very kind people. Patient, warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming! As a non-donut person, buying a surprise donut for family, they walked me through the options, and helped me land on a perfect mix! Great esthetic. Tasty flavors, and unique flavors as well!Vegetarian options: A couple options; cannot speak to the taste of them tho; did not purchase!Dietary restrictions: Some vegan and other options!Parking: Large lots throughoutKid-friendliness: Yes!Wheelchair accessibility: Ada compliant; it’s a order window with outdoor seating around.“
“Between my wife and me we ate four of the turkey baguettes and a mocha. The sandwiches were tasty and a cut above deli fare but certainly didn't justify a $10 price for each sandwich. A quaint place but don't bring your appetite.“
“This place is truly a diamond that doesn't get enough attention! We have been coming to World Green Acai since they have opened 4 years ago. Authentic Acai is hard to find and World Green does not disappoint! This is not a fast food restaurant. The care and effort to make high quality authentic Brazilian food is the ethos of the owners. Have patience and you will be rewarded with a delicious unique and authentic Brazilian food experience. It's true that folks travel from all over the Bay Area just to experience the food and environment of World Green Acai.“
