“We stopped in after lunch to grab a pint for later that evening. I was a little surprised at how expensive a pint was ($15!) but then I was FURIOUS when I got home and saw that the ice cream was also *vegan*. Never in my life would I have knowingly paid $15 for vegan ice cream.

Then we ate it, and it was some of the best ice cream I've ever had, which is even more upsetting because now I'll have to pay $15 for vegan ice cream again. We got the California Cabin flavor.“

“Food is pretty average. Not too many options nearby, so it does fulfill Thai food cravings once in a while. Little pricey for the quantity. The sauce in the pumpkin curry was way too watery! Would skip that dish! The price is certainly for the location, not for the food. For better quality and reasonable price a little drive south or even downtown San Rafael would be a better option.“

“I stopped by here to grab a togo order after shopping in the complex here. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was well packaged when I came to pick it up.

The udon was perfectly cooked, the broth was flavorful and well seasoned, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked and tasted very fresh.

The baked fish dish was also excellent, well sauced and seasoned, and my kids enjoyed it! This was a big win because of how picky they tend to be.

The sushi rolls were well constructed and flavorful. I personally prefer a little bit more sushi rice in my rolls but the style here is a pretty standard ratio, so it's still good.

I will say the prices are on the higher end for sushi places, but given the location this isn't particularly surprising. I still felt I got appropriate value for my money, and I will return the next time I'm in the area, which is probably the best recommendation I can give :)“
