I can’t say enough how incredibly delicious this restaurant was. I called my friend, Dan R (Legendary, Venice, Photographer, and the world ) for a recommendation on some delicious Mexican food. He laughed and said Tacomiando (why he was laughing just delivered him food from the restaurant… he said this is definitely the best in the area and he was not mistaken. This food from the cleanliness of the restaurant to how nice and helpful the staff was I always judge a restaurant on their chips. As well, I can honestly say these chips were incredible along with everything I’ve tried. I almost forgot to mention they’re incredible salsa bar. Hope you can see in the photo, but it was quite extensive. ✨🤩😍

The truck looked very clean and the tables were also. The chairs are sturdy. The horchata was pretty good, on the light side and refreshing. There are planes that fly over but it didn’t bother us. “Both the Asada and Encebollado de res (beef with onions) were great. I'd never encountered encebollado de res before. The al pastor was also awsome, but it was very different from what I normally think of as al pastor. I'm almost tempted to say that it wasn't really al pastor. It was delicious though. I highly recommend it. The chicken taco was very well cooked, and nice and juicy, but would have benefited from some more seasonings or a marinade or something. Still good though.“

“Great asada and al pastor tacos!! Friendly service. Went on a Wednesday around 1pm. 3 people had already ordered ahead of me and 3 people ordered right after me, so I felt good about the truck having plenty of customers.

I'd had asada tacos at Baja for $1.50 each on Tuesday and was curious to see how they compared.

This place won by a landslide. I ordered 2 asada and 2 al pastor tacos. The tacos still only cost $2.50 each and all sorts of meats. The pickled carrot, onion, and jalapenos were ? as were the grilled onions and chile. Green sauce better than Baja as well!! Also came with 2 generous lime wedges, radish, cucumber, and some corn chips.

Flavor of tacos was good but everything else on the plate is what made it phenomenal. All the flavors combined ??

Definitely try this place. I had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes after ordering, but it was worth it. You can tell he cooks with love and passion.“

“It is my favorite place to get some tacos and quesadillas "gringas." The food comes with salsa, guacamole, cilantro, and onions. The tacos and corn quesadilla tortillas are made by hand at the moment you order. The tortas and quesadillas gringas are store bought bread and tortillas. They also have sides of bean soup if you want them. Two people can easily eat with around $20.“

The first thing I noticed was how clean it was.
I was now anxious to have my fave food in life - beef tacos! THEY WERE out of this world.
Our entire family enjoyed the food & a quaint ambience. The Coffee is excellent as well.
I give this “Young Kid Shop”’ 5 stars! Because, if it is not on the Menu, I would bet my life Miss NADIA would not only make it, it would be absolutely delicious!

“Even if not stopping on the way home, the charcoal aroma makes their asada of the best fills the street almost everyday providing comfort for us in the neighborhood. As many reviews mention the pastor, it is worth its weight in gold. I bounce back and forth getting each.
