“We loved our stay here. Our only regret is that we didn’t have a longer stay to take it all in. We were on a Pacific Coast tour and only stayed one night. Mendocino Inn and farm was so cozy and comfortable. All staff were amazing!! I was really happy to be able to have time to feed the chickens and hang out with the llamas before leaving. I especially was grateful that our room did not have a TV.”

“Excellent visit. Early in the day, I had the Ahi Poké bowl. The fish was very fresh, tasty, and fantastic. Being right on the ocean I expected the quality of the fish to be top notch. I was not disappointed. My dish was freshly made at the time of order, rummy, the presentation was top notch, and I was immensely pleased. We returned for dinner and the experience was more of the same. My wife got the vegan ramen and I got the spicy wings. Yep, goodness to go. We ate while watching the sunset”

“Good pizza, great outdoor seating. there’s a bar up above that also serves coffee and a trattoria next door if you’d like to sit down for a big meal. It feels like a must for a pit stop in Mendocino.”

Whether you’re inside enjoying great music by the wood stove or outside on the sunny deck overlooking the garden, the atmosphere is always perfect, just like their coffee!”

“Sat outside in the sun and ate pretty much everything on the menu. The pancakes were very good, slightly savory with almonds. The citrus salad was very refreshing and the tahini was a great addition. The rockfish was perfectly fried. Will definitely be back.”

“Best baked goods around - especially the filled pastries with blackberry or blueberry with cream cheese. Perfectly soft on the inside and crispy, flaky outside! The Mexican food not so much as our “taco” was over cooked, dried out chicken with onion on a disintegrating corn tortilla - no salsa offered. So will definitely rerun for the baked goods but not the tacos.”

“My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at Trillium on Aug 11 and it was one of the highlights of our experience in Mendocino. The hostess that night had an amazing bouquet of flowers waiting for my wife at our table. She was incredibly thoughtful and my wife can’t stop raving about them. Next, the service was welcoming, exceptional and timely. Finally, the food was prepared perfectly. And the star of the night was the coffee! Wow. Thank you to the staff for creating a wonderful atmosphere and experience for a special milestone in our lives!”

“We stopped in at Frankie’s for dinner and dessert. The folks behind the counter were very friendly. Ample seating available, it was especially pleasant outside on the patio. Our pizza was delicious and perfectly crispy. The ice cream was a great way to end our meal with a sweet treat.”

“Valentine experience. This was a very good experience for Valentine's Day dinner. We usually go out the night before or after to avoid crowds and poorly prepared food. The food was very good and the service was great and we didn't feel rushed. Very nice local wine selection also.”

“I enjoyed every meal of our dinners at Ravens. The food is creative, delicious, and attractively presented. Most nights my daughter and I each got a small plate, followed by a large plate. One night we even indulged in dessert. The food is rich in vegetables and many other healthy ingredients, and is low oil and not fried. Our favorite small plate was the kale stack, and favorite large plate was the sea palm. As we roamed nearby parks, we were quite attuned to all the sea palms growing on rocks near shore. Ravens sources their sea palm locally, so we might have been looking at someone's future dinner. The portions are generous, and every night we took enough food back to our room for lunch the next day.”
