“this past weekend i came to coldstone and it was my very first time, and a beautiful sweet young lady named nicole helped me out, she was so understanding, and allowed me to sample whatever i wanted and walked me through all the signatures, i felt so bad because we spent like 10 minutes discussing the signatures but she was super patient and super kind, i went with a got to have it “cheesecake fantasy” but i replaced the ice cream for mint, and the blue berries and strawberries for brownies and chocolate chips, if you ever visit, i 10/10 recommend!!! we were making small talk as she made my ice cream and she honestly felt like my daughter! she was so kind, seeing a young lady so energetic was so refreshing. if management is reading this, she’s a keeper!!! never let her go!!! if you stop by coldstone, ask for nicole, she will provide the best customer service you have ever experienced!!“

“I ordered my vegan birthday cake one week ahead of the date needed, and the cake was ready on time for pick up. This vegan baker is an artist, and working with her to design the cake was very easy, I let her lead the process and the cake was incredibly beautiful.
I don’t think I could have gotten a more beautiful cake even in Los Angeles City.
The cake was delicious, moist, flavorful and a decadent treat. The pickup was quick, and packed to perfection including a no slide patch in side the box so the decorations were not damaged in transport. Decor, a candle, matches, and a cutting knife were all included. The whole process was top notch professional. The attention to detail and presentation showed this bakers passion for her work. I feel that the price was 100% worth it, and competitive for the going rate. The party was awed by the cake, so money well spent. I will definitely be ordering again! Too bad I didn’t get a photo before we cut the cake!
I almost forgot to mention that when the cake was served, the room fell silent because everyone was taken away with how yummy the cake was.“

Due to an issue at a different bakery losing my order form, I suddenly found myself completely cake-less just two hours before my party was due to start. I was anxious and distressed, and not sure how to fix it.
The cake flavor I needed (lemon) is less common and hard to find. Thank goodness for SusieCakes! Not only did they have delicious lemon cakes in-stock and ready to go, but they were also able to add custom writing on top and even some rainbow confetti sprinkles. The ladies I spoke with were so kind and accommodating and they really helped me feel better. The cake tasted fantastic as well! Thank you, SusieCakes, for saving my party!“

“The sweetest thing happened. As the employee name Franco ! was making my ice cream, he poured the extra into a small cup just for me. While I was waiting for my girlfriend’s turn to receive her ice cream, that little gesture made me feel like a kid again happy, cared for, and excited to come back. It reminded me of my inner youth on how I love ice cream, how even the smallest thoughtful moments can make my day feel special. Just like this ice cream, the employee made everything sweeter.“
“Had craving for ice cream one night, and came into this location. Ice cream was great, but I was very impressed with the service on how quick it and professional it was. I believe there was a gentleman there named Genesis (hopefully this is how you spell his name), he was on point. Very sharp, attentive to customers, and was quick to service my wife and I. By the way he approached and engaged with us, I thought he was the manager of the shop. Awesome customer service. Please extend our thanks to Genesis.“

“Like most Coldstones, this is a small location with no inside seating. The ice cream is good and the staff is efficient. The one downside of this location is parking. The developers crammed almost a dozen restaurants including a Starbucks and a buffet along with a grocery store and did not provide anywhere near enough parking. Your options are circling like a shark waiting for a spot to open or parking in Targets lot and walking over during busy times. That is one of the reasons why I don't usually go to this Coldstone unless I am already eating somewhere else in the center.“

“Good flavors: Asian, American, and Latin. Not a long line when I went. I didn't have to worry about parking because it's a relatively short walk from the 24th St/Mission BART, or you can take MUNI a short distance. A bit expensive. A junior is 1 small scoop for $3.15.“

“Jassy’s Sweets & Eats was recommended to us by our friends and neighbors, and we are so happy they did! I was able to use Jassy’s Sweets for my partner’s surprise 40th birthday casino-themed dessert table and everything was a hit. I ordered the red velvet shooters, vanilla cupcakes, and the assortment of a dozen cookies-chocolate chip, chocolate chip pecan, and double chocolate chip. Everything was gone before the party was over! Cimone was the most professional, kind, and responsive vendor, and delivery was a breeze. We can’t wait to order from her again!“
