“I avoided reviewing this starbucks location for some time, because I wanted to keep it all to myself. But now it's time.

This is one of the greatest starbucks locations I've been, the food is good, and the drinks taste pretty good. And the service is consistently good!“

“I was looking for a place to go since I don't have a/c at my place at the current moment. So I decided to make a stop here and bring my homework. I'd say this place was nice and quiet to do your homework and a lot of tables available to do your homework. Good Wifi too! Outside patio with tables and chairs and indoors too. Lots of spacious parking! Parking is always an issue for me in other places. Overall, if you are looking for a spot to do work or homework this is it! And the people who work here are friendly!“

“I really love Starbucks and the employees most times but sometimes there's some tension in the air with the races and I hate that because I love a melting pot which means all races coming together and trying to coexist with each other because it's definitely the only way that the world is going to be a better place!“

“I came in my electric wheelchair. Plenty of room to move around, I was able to plug to recharge my chair because it needed it, I ordered coffee. I'm a longtime gold card holder, I wanted a refill, but my chair was still plugged in, I didn't want to unplug it, Johnny was nice enough to come out, take my order, go back, make my coffee and bring it to me, I definitely would tell anybody that is Ada to come here. They take care of us here, ask for Johnny, he is Very helpful. The bathrooms are also ADA friendly.“

“I wanted to take time and write this review specifically about the gracious barista working on 6/27 around 6pm. I am a night shift nurse and was on my way to grab my coffee before work. At the door was a large group of teenagers hassling the barista. As I was coming in they threw ice over the counter and were name calling her. I noticed they had also stolen my drink as well as they were walking out. Unfortunately this didn't seem to be an uncommon occurrence and I encourage customers if any reading this to do better. As I walked over I explained that they had stolen my drink and she graciously smiled and made me another. She handled the situation with such kindness and made my experience great even though she had been treated with such unkindness. I hope that this reaches the right people and maybe she could even get a chance to read this. I just wanted her to know she is greatly appreciated.“

“I love this Starbucks. They have great customer service no matter what time or day I come. If the line is too long and takes forever (mornings) they at times compensate & at night they’re just pleasant.

Outside is different, not starbucks issue but the homeless and people on drugs walking around was typical California currently and not good for kids to walk around solo!“

“When I used to live in Bixby Village this was my go to spot for coffee. The barista working there were super nice. The manager, Marsh, has always been helpful and very interactive on every visit. Despite it being in a target it was still a good experience and I am glad I did not have to travel an extra 2 miles to another sttore. Only bummer is that they can't accept tips so when you visit be sure to reward them with extra kindness!“

“Wanted a quick morning coffee, first time I've been in this neighborhood. There were a few cars in the drive through but it moved quickly. The person that took my order was super friendly and the sound at the order speaker was very clear (yes kind of an odd detail but most drive through speakers sound like a 1930s ham radio). My latte was ready almost instantly and the person who gave me my drink was also very friendly and polite. Well done Bellflower!!“

“I had visited this location 5 days in a row and in my time there I was always pleased with the service and organization of the store.
Yes, I did need to go to the register in order to have the bathroom code. That’s understandable considering the barista I was asking is focused on making our drinks in a timely manner. Once I patiently waited for my turn the baristas on register were very friendly and happily shared the code.
I had only asked for a remake once, and they were kind enough to do so.
My only complaint is the cleanliness of the restroom. For about 3 days in a row there was a specific…; mark, left in the toilet bowl. While I understand some cleaning tasks can get overlooked once awhile; it was disheartening to see this ‘mark’ several days in a row like as if it was untouched.
I’m sorry for the vague description, but I don’t want to write anything grotesque in this review and off put anyone to come here.
If they could just be a little more diligent with their cleaning it would be a 5/5.
