“This location has consistently great service. The team is friendly, fast, and professional, even during busy hours. Whether I’m stopping in for a quick pick-me-up between meetings or taking a moment to regroup, it’s always clean and well-run. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work. Solid spot in the neighborhood. Reliable, welcoming, and efficient.“

“Cool place to hang and people watch. Baristas are always happy and cool. I got an arnold palmer here although it is not necessarily a menu item but as long as Starbucks has what you want they will make it for you. I like sitting outside when I can get an open chair. Most of the time it's busy but there are pockets when the crowd is not in yet.“

“I love this location...Ruby, George, Alexis, Jason are all amazing. Alex is not. I dread coming and having Alex as my drive thru person. I am spending minimum $15 each visit. I almost stopped coming to this location because of the negativity that Alex gives towards me. Im heading to work each morning and do not need that vibe from Alex...but the rest of the staff...AMAZING.“

“I was looking for a place to go since I don't have a/c at my place at the current moment. So I decided to make a stop here and bring my homework. I'd say this place was nice and quiet to do your homework and a lot of tables available to do your homework. Good Wifi too! Outside patio with tables and chairs and indoors too. Lots of spacious parking! Parking is always an issue for me in other places. Overall, if you are looking for a spot to do work or homework this is it! And the people who work here are friendly!“

“I really love Starbucks and the employees most times but sometimes there's some tension in the air with the races and I hate that because I love a melting pot which means all races coming together and trying to coexist with each other because it's definitely the only way that the world is going to be a better place!“

“I wanted to take time and write this review specifically about the gracious barista working on 6/27 around 6pm. I am a night shift nurse and was on my way to grab my coffee before work. At the door was a large group of teenagers hassling the barista. As I was coming in they threw ice over the counter and were name calling her. I noticed they had also stolen my drink as well as they were walking out. Unfortunately this didn't seem to be an uncommon occurrence and I encourage customers if any reading this to do better. As I walked over I explained that they had stolen my drink and she graciously smiled and made me another. She handled the situation with such kindness and made my experience great even though she had been treated with such unkindness. I hope that this reaches the right people and maybe she could even get a chance to read this. I just wanted her to know she is greatly appreciated.“

Very welcoming and clean.
Sense of urgency is necessary, but I also want my beverage correct. Don't be slow, and still mess up my drink while I have patience to wait there.

“Wanted a quick morning coffee, first time I've been in this neighborhood. There were a few cars in the drive through but it moved quickly. The person that took my order was super friendly and the sound at the order speaker was very clear (yes kind of an odd detail but most drive through speakers sound like a 1930s ham radio). My latte was ready almost instantly and the person who gave me my drink was also very friendly and polite. Well done Bellflower!!“

“I really like this Starbucks: it’s clean, cozy, tasty drinks and fair prices. The best part is it’s always cool inside, the AC works great, and there’s a restroom. That’s why most people come here — to chill, use the restroom, and grab a nice drink.“

“it’s took way too long for me to get my drink when there was so many people behind the bar to make the drinks however, I did want to highlight that one barista DJ, who was not even helping me specifically was so amazing. She absolutely needs to be in a leadership role. She is welcoming people all whilst making drinks as fast as possible. Just had such a good spirit is so affirming to her team as a manager energy, so affirming to her team. Ad a manager myself I would love an employee like her on my team. However, I will say that the manager’s vibe was low and it could be a lot better, Especially since no one‘s actually dining in for their order, everyone is just picking and going there’s not as much front of the house as far as seating, but I just wanted to highlight that DJ was amazing.“

"popping BOBA" to try was very nice of him. But not a fan of it .. too SOUR for my taste. But overall nice upgrade for the store. I got the new drink* Mocha Cookie Frap & my big boy got the Mango Dragon refresher“

“I’ve seen this location go through several changes and putting nice chairs and tables back is way more inviting. The employees I have interacted with have been great . I think the drive up orders may have affected them somewhat and was Greatful to see them create atmosphere for coffee drinkers. 😃. Maybe just maybe they could address that with one person does those call in orders specifically while others do customers walking in. Havin a lil comfort to lounge not loiter I think would perpetuate more sales.
There is a slight flow of homeless etc but they seem to handle thar well. I quess the bathroom can be cleaned and keep homeless from going in there but seems they do manage and actually it was improving as of recent . Sometimes they run out of food offers near closing time but I think that’s to be expected in managing keeping it all fresh daily . I’ve always been pretty happy. The new addition of comfortable chairs etc was very nice ! I would think it takes a min to have customers realize the new changes that are good. Was disappointed to see it closed. ( been there a long time). Hoping for the best!“

This location seems to be appropriately staffed to handle busy mornings as drinks and food were ready within minutes even with a line! Obviously the food and drink is the same as every Starbucks but definitely worth it to come to this one because of how friendly the team is here!!“
