“Urfa Bistro was a pleasant surprise. The service was exceptional with waiters checking on after the serving of every dish, refilling our waters, etc. The food was one of the best Mediterranean experiences we have had in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Burrata Salad was beautifully presented, and my Beyti Kebab was moist, served with a heavenly sauce. I am definitely returning to try more entrees off their delightful menu.“

“Random food truck I found on the side of the street lol, but it had good reviews so I had to try it. They are generous in their serving size and everything tasted pretty good too be honest. It's not as spiced as a lot of other restaurants, but that's also ok. I think it may have more turmeric than other places though. It's a one man army and the food is good, so 7/10.“

So it's a greater ambiance and good atmosphere for family dinners and tables for 2. And solo dining I've been there many times“

“A casual version of Dishdash in Downtown Sunnyvale. I thought it was a fake, but it turned out to be a proper affiliated store. Although it doesn't have the atmosphere of a high-end restaurant, the food is just as delicious as Dishdash, and you can enjoy hearty Middle Eastern cuisine. It's always crowded and it's hard to find a parking spot.Parking: Finding a parking spot depends on your luck.“

“I and two friends dined at Chelokababi Restaurant on Saturday evening, December 17, 2022. It was our first experience at this beautiful and comfortable establishment, and we were impressed with the food and service. I and one friend had Geymeh Bademjoon, which was delicious and very satisfying. My other friend had Shish Kabob with salad, and he said he enjoyed it. I would dine here regularly if I didn't live in Seattle!“

“No trip to SF is complete without a visit to Oren's! This was my first time at the Palo Alto location. It definitely has a different vibe than the one in the Financial District -- less formal, more rustic.The sampler platter was good but didn't have a lot of my favorites. I prefer the one we had in FiDi, which had more eggplant. We also got the cucumber salad which was good and fresh.I got a healthy serving of Oren's eggplant, which continues to reign supreme in my heart. It's not a cute dish, but it's soooo good! The chicken skewer was also so tender and yummy.Oren's eggplant and chicken skewers have my heart. I'll be back!“

“We catered a meal for 100 people for a big event this past weekend, and I worked with Ashvee to make this happen. First of all, she was wonderful and super helpful. The food was ready on time, huge portions and the meal was amazing. The chicken shawarma was excellent!! We had so many people compliment the food. The falafel was delicious and the sauces (Tzatziki, Lemony Tahini Sauce and Spicy Sauce) were so good. I don't even live in PA but I am definitely making the drive down to get more of it. “The place is very casual, but the food is extraordinary! Lamb chops and salmon shashlik were heavenly good! Soft, juicy, tasty! And eggplant puree was very delicious! The place is definitely worth coming to! I wish owners would decorate it cozier. The owners deserve a lot of praise as well, kinda, attentive, friendly. All in all, we will definitely come again, though there are place closer to us, but don't want to get disappointed with inferior food. So, see you soon Ali and his kind wife!“

“Ordered a mixed Shwarma bowl and a side of dolma. Order was ready to pick up on time and was nice and warm! Bowl was solid, meat was well seasoned. Spicy sauce on the side had some great heat to it! Dolma were nicely wrapped and tasty. Would go back again!“
