This is undoubtedly the worst burger I've ever had in the States (my entire life). It was hard, dry, and bland. 20 bucks for a BLT burger. I visited here on Nov 3rd 11 am. What is wrong with the front desk staff (it was an African American lady during my visit, had to be specific in case any management sees this)?? She pointed at every single customer with her finger and had us show her our receipts. No announcing receipt number, or asking anyone to show our receipts politely. So terribly rude. The service is absolutely bad. I didn’t get utensil in the box, so I went and ask for a fork. The lady at the counter told me I don’t need to fork to eat burger, even though I usually like to eat burger with a fork.
