I had ordered four tacos: Masala Birria, Tinga Masala Chicken (by recommendation), Pibil Chicken, and the potato (Mexican potato substitution), along with a side of Mom's Beans and seasoned Cauliflower. I was nodding my head blissfully as I ate everything. The smell of spices and fresh cilantro, the taste of meaty beans and succulent poultry, and pickled onions were wildly satisfying. “Their zaab pork belly rice bowl is phenomenal. I have not been in person to this restaurant, but I went to a festival where they had a booth and served it. The meat was perfectly crispy on the outside and succulent and juicy inside. The hints of lime juice complemented the meat in a way that makes me think about it. If you like pork belly, this place is a great place to get it.“

“Some of the best birria in LA hands down, la birria de chivo (goat) is just amazing here. They make tortillas freshly big plus for me. Prices are really good, you pay about $20 for an order that can feed 2-3 people . I am a big guy and love to eat, so its amazing…. You gotta try this spot“

“I’ve been eating at this place before 1987. I used to take my children here for dinner or lunch on Saturdays. My children are grown and are raising their families now. I am in my Senior years now and moved from that area. However, I still go over there to eat on Saturdays every now and then. One thing I can share with you, is the recipe has never changed. 😎😎“

Spicy and sweet and really good size for the price. Hot was actually spicy but still so much flavor, which was nice.

From the menu, I tried the oven-roasted Korean BBQ wings, which were perfectly seasoned and juicy. The spicy seafood soup offered an ideal balance between spiciness and sea flavor, while the sweet & spicy sotteok (rice cake and sausage skewers) was an explosion of flavors. Lastly, the tornado potato was not only delicious but also a visual treat.

The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff making the experience even better. Plus, they have valet parking for only $3, which is very convenient in this busy area.

“We were craving Korean fried chicken and discovered Witch's Chicken hidden away inside Galleria Korean grocery store with delicious KFC. They have a cute store front and brand highlighting the location as your mom's favorite fried chicken place. It was not wrong. I noticed while we were waiting there were customers young and old, couples, friends, single people that would either dine there or get take out chicken. They focus on chicken wings, drumsticks and tenders but there are also sides like fries, potato salad or Mac and cheese. We got the wing combo which includes 5 wings, side of fries and potato salad and a soda. We also ordered two drum sticks that were huge. The food was delicious. We got original flavor for the wings and the garlic soy spicy for the drumsticks. It was spicy. All in all, a good recommendation to satisfy your Korean fried chicken crave. Note the dining area is really small as there were maybe 8 tables adjacent to the storefront in a food court type setting inside the grocery store. One major plus, parking is free and convenient in this plaza.“

“I came from San Francisco to La and Mama's Chicken is always on my stop by list. They have great sausage you cannot find in SF no lie! I just did my stop by for my sausage and links play no games! Also I grabbed some Tea Cakes which are exclusive always flying off the shelf! I was lucky to be able to get 2. I had a dope conversation with the owner about Tea Cakes and her history of trial and error perfecting the Tea Cake recipe. To make Tea Cakes is a talent not everyone can do this! Trust Me!! “The food and staff are 5 star. Online ordering with toast is awful. You can't order online unless you tip even if it is for pickup. Even then the online ordering system flat out doesn't work most of the time, which is a no go given parking and how busy this place can be. Owners. Replace your system with something that doesn't automatically select to receive spam from toast, partners and everyone else. Also, have some alternate to this because there is no way kitchen can answer calls when your ordering system is down. Toast has probably cost thousands in sales due to people giving up and going elsewhere.“

Traffic over there is dicey so it may be a challenge to get in & out of there, but worth it...“

The signature menu are great and we got to taste everything without ordering them one by one.l The vibe is lively, with sports on TV and a great selection of Korean pocha food. Free parking lot which is rare in KTown but the spot is very limited. I’m pretty sure if you wait for a while you’ll find a spot.“

The fillet included was just the same but a little bigger but the fries were the saving grace! They were nice a fluffy but the chicken here is terrible and wouldn't visit again. The staff were great but the food was terrible and it didn't even taste like chicken! No wonder they have spice it's to disguise the taste! Anyone trying for the first time I'd recommend getting it with no spice to get what it actually tastes like! Rank and horrible! Will go elsewhere for better quality chicken.“

The cabbage was perfection, the short rib was divine, and the yams y’all I’m telling you know it’s all so delicious. When I first came in I was greeted and felt/ smelt the love and care in the air. My server was amazing along with the chef who came and introduced himself so we could put a face to the taste!! All in all you’ll have a great time because they have games, great drinks, customer service, Dj whipping up some fire mixes in the space, and other killer events. So please find yourselves at Harold’s Chicken on the Hollywood blvd, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.“
