Great ambiance and good food!!
We really enjoyed our lunch at Engine Co 28. We had excellent service and our food was delicious. We don't get downtown much, but this will bring us back.
Ate early dinner there before going to the theater to see Mama Mia. Good food, nice atmosphere, not many people there at 5:30 pm.

The ambiance is enhanced by TVs at the bar showing sports, and the place has a cozy, nostalgic feel. However, the beer selection, especially on tap, is limited, which was a disappointment for some. The tiramisu is considered okay, and some dishes, like risotto, can be garlicky. Despite these minor issues, it remains a place worth returning to for a delicious meal in a unique setting.
