The food was delicious. The lunch special was a dollar off and included tea. I had the Combo Pho. Meatballs, rare steak, tripe, brisket. The broth was savory and had some depth. Lighter on the cinnamon which was excellent. The wife had the loaded bun. Lemongrass chicken, pork sausage, shrimp proved too much protein for her. Not bad. Had the pho dac biet and the broth had a clean taste. They do have some slightly confusing “combos” that I wasnt too sure what exactly entailed. Also you have to pay first at the counter and then sit down.
I will just say this restaurant has some surprising options that are worth the stop. I had the Ox Tail Pho and a small salad. Deeeelicious! The specialty drinks are also an interesting change from the norm in drinks. Another bonus if you are on a date is it is upstairs and more quiet than other spots.. at least when I visited.
