I'm working in the entertainment industry for more than 20 years now and spent two weeks on the Desert Trip festival this year doing production IT.
That catering experience is one of the best I've ever had - and definitely the best when it comes to serving so many people at once.
Super-friendly staff, always good-humored, fantastic and diversified cuisine. Three times a day just pure fun going there.
