Just got home from the whole grain sourdough class. We had all ranges of experience from total novices to seasoned bread bakers and we ALL learned something new today. If you want to try your hand at truly whole grain baking, starting with literally milling your own flour in class, you could not ask for a better experience than this. Highly recommended.
