My loaf just came out of the oven and is cooling, and I couldn't be happier! Roe is an incredible instructor who made the class fun, engaging, and packed with valuable information. I especially loved learning about the history of wheat and sourdough while he cleared up so many common myths. I am looking forward to making another loaf tomorrow using his method and starter. Highly recommend!

I have been making sourdough for about 8 or more years. Lots of bricks, some fluffy beauties. This class is full of clear directions and reasons to help in the age old process that is no longer on the top of our consciousness.
Highly recommend this class.

Great spot if you're a comercial baker, or a home baker like myself. I just recently got into sourdough baking because my wife has developed certain sensitivities to certain additives and preservatives, so commercial bread has not been an option for her. This place has everything you need and they offer classes too.
