Dozen Mini Tease Bites

“I ordered 2 dozen cheesecake bits of assorted flavors for a dinner party. Everyone was very delighted with them. The flavors were delicious and were just the right size. I always think people will eat more than one, but they are the perfect size for a sweet dessert“

The Lumpia Lady Caterers •
3190 Melanie Rd, Marina

“Caught the Tuesday Farmers Market in Monterey, and though there were many good voices available, the Lady Lumpia just sounded too good. We enjoyed the combo plate for $15 and it was enough for for two so the cost was reasonable. The plate comes with your choice of adobo proteins, rice, lumpia, an pancit. Pro Tip - if you can't choose between chicken adobo and pork, get both. The Adobo meat just feel off the bone and both the chicken and pork were well marinated without being to salty or sweet. The pork had large bones and ribs and the chicken was white and dark meat. The pancit were light rice noodles with onion carrots and garlic and made for a nice side. Lumpia we're crunchy and filed with meats and quite tasty. I liked that they were fried fresh while you wait and not sitting around cold. Overall, a nice Filipino Food Fix on a foggy Monterey night.“

“I’ve been a fan since they opened. Great food and revolving menu to keep your taste buds anticipating the next bite. Great staff and caring owner David. Personally called me to apologize for a mix up on my order and made it right. Thank you so much for a great experience! I’m a customer for life.“

La Crème Monterey Caterers •
481 Lighthouse Ave, Pacific Grove

“If you have the privilege of getting married at The Holly Farm you will have the incredible opportunity to have La Crème be your caterer/bartenders/decorators/rental coordinator/etc all weekend long! I will start by prefacing that La Crème + Holly Farm give their 1000% to every wedding that happens at their venue, which means you won't really begin working with La Crème until about 2-3 months prior to your wedding date. The first month or so will be spent talking through ideas and inspiration, likely doing your tasting (which is a literal 5 star experience) and the last two months is where you will really get a final breakdown of cost and timeline. If you are a slightly anxious/overly organized bride like me, I know this can seem stressful. I suggest you ask them early on for a realistic estimate based on the number of guests and events you will be having. And then..add an extra 15% on top of that, and set that money aside as you are going through your planning process, because trust me, you won't want to skimp on what La Crème has to offer. Now that the money talk is out of the way.. the service and food that La Crème provides is out of this world. We had an Indian/Mexican fusion wedding and had all our food and alcohol handled by La Crème for the entire weekend. It's not a typical process where you pick from a list of options based on a fixed menu with prices. La Crème creates every menu from scratch based on the couple and their preferences, and then they adjust based on your budget. Chef Joe and Tamie's team had just a few conversations with us about our cultures, favorite foods, family preferences and then they created an entire world personalized to who we are as people. Perfectly marrying the cultural cuisines in a fun yet respectful way, taking our request to dedicate a bar to our dads and creating the *cutest* Dad Cave with all their favorite brands of Scotch & Mezcal, and seamlessly making everything appear and disappear like magic. Aside from the food being incredible, our guests felt taken care of at every moment. They are not just caterers, they are the people who make sure you aren't getting too chilly in the evenings, they are the energy keeping the drinks flowing at the bar as friends order round after round (after round), they are your partners when families decide the day of the wedding they are coming and you need to change the seating arrangement, they are a familiar face that comes up to you at the reception and tells you how happy they are for you. They are everything you could want, you just need to have faith that they will step in when it's your turn and they will blow you away at your wedding.A special shout out to Tamie, Chef Joe, and the sweetest Soquel for making us feel so special all weekend long and treating our family like your own. We are so lucky to have worked with you :)“

“I got the salad bar to-go, and they gave me a large box and a cup for some soup. The salad bar had good options, and the clam chowder was delicious. Really glad we got a chance to pick up some work lunch here, and I will definitely look for a chance to return.“
