“Went here do to comments and most of them were pretty spot on with some slight differences from my experience. They accept Debit/Credit so that was a plus and was greeted by a older lady who reminded me of my grandma from Mexico so that was nice also. Asada tacos: 8/10 they were good and solid, but not the best I've had at the same time didn't disappoint Tripa tacos: 9/10 these were definitely some good tripa tacos they had all the flavor without all the grease would recommend these Agua de horchata: 1/10 idk if they were out of it and just gave me some residue with water but it definitely was not horchataGreen salsa: 10/10 definitely flavorful and more on the spicy side Red salsa: 10/10 was super good with flavor with a little less heat“
“Great amounts of food. Weekends specials. Price is reasonable and affordable. Parking is limited with in the perimeter unless you go to the surrounding businesses. Safe and secure during the day, at night be alert of surroundings; Needs better lighting.I would say the morning are the busiest but service is fast,speedy, quick But friendly and welcoming. Have your order ready in mind so you wont frustrate the employee and delay people in line.Never felt rushed to place order. Kitchen does have a significant amount of workers who are more than capable with doing their task.One of the favorite bites to have are Tortas. Variety of meats and a plethora of bread. Burritos, Coffe and freshly made juice. ( Green Mix , orange or beet) You can ask for Tortas to be grilled. Tacos also feasible.If you crave variety of sustenance in the morning get there early ( does have great open up time 5 am) No matter what part of town you are located at your time there are 3 location in Salinas including some in other near by town. “So far not a disappointment, walked in with my trash in my hand ? I know I am sorry I didn't read the sign on the window. I was helping keeping my city clean by offering my bare hands to pick up trash. Anyways this burrito i order is delicious. I the flavor is wonderful the chorizo was not dry and the egg ratio was chorizo on point. You also add cheese and sour cream also making the the burrito taste way better. Most restaurant do not add this and always making the burrito dry. But this one it is a five star ⭐ for me. I also ordered some desserts the lemon bar was super moist tasted amazing. I didn't get to eat the pecan brownie I offered it to the homeless Because I am that kind of a man. But the chocolate brownie super moist very rich taste great. “I ordered 2 dozen cheesecake bits of assorted flavors for a dinner party. Everyone was very delighted with them. The flavors were delicious and were just the right size. I always think people will eat more than one, but they are the perfect size for a sweet dessert“
“Caught the Tuesday Farmers Market in Monterey, and though there were many good voices available, the Lady Lumpia just sounded too good. We enjoyed the combo plate for $15 and it was enough for for two so the cost was reasonable. The plate comes with your choice of adobo proteins, rice, lumpia, an pancit. Pro Tip - if you can't choose between chicken adobo and pork, get both. The Adobo meat just feel off the bone and both the chicken and pork were well marinated without being to salty or sweet. The pork had large bones and ribs and the chicken was white and dark meat. The pancit were light rice noodles with onion carrots and garlic and made for a nice side. Lumpia we're crunchy and filed with meats and quite tasty. I liked that they were fried fresh while you wait and not sitting around cold. Overall, a nice Filipino Food Fix on a foggy Monterey night.“
“If you’re looking for really good (fancyish) tacos this is the place! Everything is SO good. Fusion is definitely the correct word to describe it. Fresh made corn tortillas, you can’t go wrong. A little expensive but worth it and even more so on discounted Taco Tuesdays. Also REALLY happy to report they use plant fiber to-go boxes!! Huge plus! The wait is pretty quick and it’s settled at a super convenient location in South Salinas. Only wish they were open a little later!“
