From the start they accommodated not one but two complimentary tastings to iron out our menu and were flexible to menu changes up to two weeks before the event. Karen had a lot of excellent advice for how to best do the menu and catering logistics for the day. They worked seamlessly with the Danny Thomas rental team as well as Bacchus for beverage supplies. Her team delivered above and beyond on the day. The food and drinks were all amazing. Service was expedient and well executed all throughout the night. The desserts were absolutely exceptional. So many guests raved about how amazing the peanut butter chocolate truffles, chocolate chip cookies (seriously the best we’ve ever eaten), cannolis, and chocolate brownie parfaits were.
