“Cozy cafe inside the Delphi building. It is open to guests and visitors alike. I tried their Black Dalia which are 2 French toast with whipped butter and raspberries. It is very sweet and the French toast itself is very fluffy and soft. They gave me a seat 30 mins before they close which is nice. Great place for breakfast.“

“The Thursday - Sunday late evening/overnight staff is amazing! I've been coming here pretty much weekly since July 2021 and they have become like family, especially our regular server Lupe. The night manager is cool and when he gets on the stove his food is out of this world! They got a new cook a few months ago and they are great with consistently producing comfort, especially the fries (and I'm VERY picky about my fry consistency).“

“I went to Xiaomei this morning to buy a takeout with three dishes and one soup, and then went to the nearby Great China Supermarket to buy some vegetables. I took out Xiaomei and retrieved my eight yuan and seventy cents, wrapped in Xiaomei. In my receipt, the lady at the Greater China counter refused to accept one of the $5 bills, saying it was a counterfeit bill. If it were normal, forget it, it would be a trivial matter. But then I thought again, I have been swallowing my anger all my life, and I am brave this time. I am not deceiving or intentionally blackmailing Xiaomei. As a result, the money was returned, but the words spoken to each other were not very kind. I went home and reflected on my words and deeds. We went there for breakfast and the food was great at a reasonable price. chilaquiles divorciados con arrachera, walnut French toast, pozole, and even the waffle were very tasty and generously served. Don’t sleep on their limonada ( freshly made), the horchata and cafe de olla. The pics don’t do it justice.“

It’s hands-down a better option than Denny’s or IHOP — better food, better service, and none of that “sad pancake at 2 a.m.” energy. It’s the kind of diner that actually feels alive. My only gripe? Pepsi products. I get it, contracts are contracts, but I’m a Coke person and this one hurts a little. Still, when the bacon’s this good and the coffee keeps coming, it’s hard to stay mad for long. Four stars. Swap Pepsi for Coke and we’d be talking five.“
