“Excellent visit. Early in the day, I had the Ahi Poké bowl. The fish was very fresh, tasty, and fantastic. Being right on the ocean I expected the quality of the fish to be top notch. I was not disappointed. My dish was freshly made at the time of order, rummy, the presentation was top notch, and I was immensely pleased. We returned for dinner and the experience was more of the same. My wife got the vegan ramen and I got the spicy wings. Yep, goodness to go. We ate while watching the sunset”

“Best baked goods around - especially the filled pastries with blackberry or blueberry with cream cheese. Perfectly soft on the inside and crispy, flaky outside! The Mexican food not so much as our “taco” was over cooked, dried out chicken with onion on a disintegrating corn tortilla - no salsa offered. So will definitely rerun for the baked goods but not the tacos.”

“Everyone is talking about the food, but the true gems are the bartenders each one nicer than the other. I was lucky to try Pliny the Younger here. Treat them nice and be patient with them and they will make your experience memorable. Thank you Lovely Laddie's for being awesome bartenders”

“Ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza. We were pleasantly surprised. Delicious pizza out of the brick oven. Seating is typically outside in the garden, but we were all wearing shorts, so we opted for the bar upstairs. There we got coffees and beer.
Service, well you are given a beeper when your pizza is ready.
The atmosphere upstairs was so nice. Playing 60’s-80’s music.”

“My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at Trillium on Aug 11 and it was one of the highlights of our experience in Mendocino. The hostess that night had an amazing bouquet of flowers waiting for my wife at our table. She was incredibly thoughtful and my wife can’t stop raving about them. Next, the service was welcoming, exceptional and timely. Finally, the food was prepared perfectly. And the star of the night was the coffee! Wow. Thank you to the staff for creating a wonderful atmosphere and experience for a special milestone in our lives!”

“Today I had an iced zebra mocha, and it was next-level delicious. It’s easily the best coffee I’ve tasted in a long time! I strongly recommend Bay View Coffee Company for their friendliness and expertise. Their shop is clean and inviting. If you love yourself and like when your coffee tastes completely magical, treat yourself immediately!”

“Nice dive bar in Mendocino. Staff war friendly but quaint. Always wonder why we don’t have these kind of bars in Luxembourg. Maybe because of hygiene standards but come on it’s a bar!”

“Overall pretty satisfied with the Virgin Creek pizza we ordered. Very flavorful and cool toppings but the crust was a bit too thick and flaky. The prices were a bit higher than expected but still worth visiting. The ice cream was out of this world, would highly recommend!”

“I enjoyed every meal of our dinners at Ravens. The food is creative, delicious, and attractively presented. Most nights my daughter and I each got a small plate, followed by a large plate. One night we even indulged in dessert. The food is rich in vegetables and many other healthy ingredients, and is low oil and not fried. Our favorite small plate was the kale stack, and favorite large plate was the sea palm. As we roamed nearby parks, we were quite attuned to all the sea palms growing on rocks near shore. Ravens sources their sea palm locally, so we might have been looking at someone's future dinner. The portions are generous, and every night we took enough food back to our room for lunch the next day.”

“Went here with my family on a Friday afternoon. I had the Tijuana taco and the quesadilla. All of our food was excellent. There are good gluten free options. Though all food was good and all meat was a caliber above, the Tijuana taco meat was really good. The plates also didn't skimp on cheese and lime as topping. Highly recommend this little nook”

“Best fish & chips I've ever had, hands down. The fish was FRESH and falling apart in my hands, and being battered & fried didn't hide the taste at all like it sometimes can. It came with tartar sauce and malt vinegar, and thick fries like steak fries. Our group was starving after our Skunk Train outing and this really hit the spot. Loved the outdoor seating (the smells of the fire pit & ocean together brought back happy beach camping memories) and several little kids in our seating area were thrilled & delighted by the pushy seagulls begging for scraps, which was fun to watch. Five happy stars from me. :)”

“Tall Guy Brewing is hands down the most enjoyable sit down/lounging family friendly brewery in All of California(not an understatement). The music, kindness of the bartenders and relaxed environment formulates the absolutely perfect evening place for my son and I to sit down, have dinner, listen to music and make new friends. I would love to see such a magical place expand in any way possible. The world needs more of this.”

“The staff was amazing and the ice cream is THE best. They smell of waffle cones as you enter the door makes your mouth water, for good reason! You know it's good stuff when the line stretches onto the street. Very busy place and well worth the wait. Absolutely something you don't want to miss out on!! We even tried mushroom ice cream, it was tasty too. New family favorite! You need locations across the US!”
