“My daughter says this is THE BEST boba in all of the valley... possibly the whole world. Honestly, the staff and owner are so sweet with her, they've remembered her order every time. We've been coming for over 4 years and the service is always the best, not to mention that the drinks are always impeccably made and super delicious! 😍😋

“My family and I have been coming here for several years now. We are regular customers and it’s always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We love their teas, slushies and dessert. The staff and owners are very nice. There are seatings and games for us while we wait for our order. We bring all our friends and family here. “My family and I have been coming here for almost a year. It’s always a pleasant experience every time we come. The kids love their cookies and cream with boba, their Melon tea, honey black tea with strawberry popping boba, their Nutella dessert egg puff and the Hawaiian shaved ice with all the toppings. The environment is always clean, peaceful and friendly. They have televisions there to keep the kids occupied while waiting patiently for our drinks and food every time. The staff always interacts with the kids which I think is nice and keeps it friendly. We are regulars and recommend this place to all our friends and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Great place for a drink and some Banh Mi. The Viet Iced Coffee is off the hook! Strong and sweet like it should be. One of the better ones I’ve had. The Spring Rolls are on point. The Banh Mi is delicious with a nice crust and soft inside and packed full of flavor. The people are super nice. Try this place!“

“We had a great experience here!! The food was absolutely delicious!!! The place was Clean, spacious and friendly. We ordered the German and french crepes (pictured), 2 Thai teas and a Japanese crepe. All 3 crepes were mouth watering good!! The lemon cream in the German crepe was a burst of sunshine! So good. My husband really enjoyed the Boba, he said it was the BEST he's ever had!.. So thoughtful of the man for giving us a small ice cream for my daughter 💗.. It's little gestures like that that make a mom & pop, Like Crepe and Cream stand out from other restaurants. Thank you so much for bringing some Yummy to this part of town!! We look forward to returning very very soon.😋“

“Good if you do and don't like super sweet things! I love this place! When I go, I get the jasmine green tea unsweetened and the unsweetened Hawaiian tea which is just black tea with fruit, it tastes amazing. They have so many kid flavors like oreo milks, smoothies, bobas, etc. Give it a try, its a nice treat item! My nieces love this place. I will post photos next time because I drank them already lol!
Vegetarian options: They have waffles which are vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Everything automatically comes with sugar, so just keep that in mind. they dont have sugar substitutes.“

“Me and my family had a wonderful experience eating here at Big Island the lady who took our order was super attentive and she was by herself customer service was her ultimate goal and she maximized our experience with every second she had. The food was great and the portion size is plenty for the money. I will definitely be returning.“
