“We tried Jenny Nicole's Old School House Bakery today for lunch. I had a smash burgers that was outstanding. I got the Portuguese beans as my side and they came with "fire crackers" that were spicy and a great addition to the beans. My daughter got the linguica sandwiches that was one of the specials and they made an off-menu plain hot dog for the 7 year-old. We can't wait to come back and try their breakfast.“

“I ran in earlier and ordered a chai latte with extra chai. They gave me a dirty chai which means it had coffee in it so when I went back she made me a new one for free and I kept the other one.

“Came through the Drive Thru and the Barista was super sweet and surprisingly for ordering through a Drive thru it was fast service !! I wasn’t waiting long like I normally do at other locations they were quick to the point and made sure everything was perfect ! Thank you so much for the lovely costumer service!“

“So, I have tried to stay positive throughout Covid and other events that affect places of business, but this one I'm not sure I can! Ordered online with only option of "pick-up at counter", so drove up waited a bit for my p/u time then saw a family go to door then leave. So I went to door to have counter staff motion me to go through the drive-thru (which was 6 cars deep at the time!) Was not happy that I had to get down then drive thru & wait longer. Got to order window and worker tried to deflect my inconvenience when I suggested a sign to let customers know...he said they closed their doors for safety reasons while customers were walking up to a locked door with already purchased beverages! Not making any sense and putting MY SAFETY at risk also!“

“I love Starbucks, but I notice at this location they do not call your name out when your drink is ready and it just sits there on the counter. second time this is happened to me. It’s like which one do you choose from when there’s like five or 10 out there you gotta go through everyone to find your name. Just annoying. I prefer to go to Starbucks on R street or on Childs Avenue they have their act together and they know me“

“I love coming here in the morning with my grandpa. The entire staff always treats us like family. The staff knows my order when I come alone and get started on it before i even pull up the window Lisa and Allen always make me feel welcome. i have been coming here for years and i recommend to stop by if you want friendly/fast service“
