“I have been following Natasha on Instagram for a while and recently had the chance to order a cake and cakesicles for our son's first birthday party. Communication with Natasha was a breeze. She made a beautiful Winter Wonderland-themed cake and included a battery-operated igloo, which we kept as a keepsake. We ordered triple berry flavor for the cake and red velvet for the cakesicles, and both flavors were a hit with our guests. Her cakes are delicious and addicting, not overly sweet, which was our main concern while ordering cake. She helped us securely put the cake in the car, and it reached safely to the party venue. “I booked Nermana for my son's first birthday. I had the theme "the wild one." I was very impressed with how cute everything came out. The cake looked just like the reference picture I gave her. The cupcakes also came out really good. I did red velvet for both the cake and the cupcakes. Both came out delicious, my only critique is that I think the frosting could have used more of a cream cheese flavor. Nonetheless, it was still delicious and everyone ate everything at the party! Nermana was super easy to communicate with and was very accommodating with my pick up date. I would definitely use her again!“
“Love the crepe cakes here! My favorite is definitely the Oolong tea crepe cake, it has a surprisingly stronger flavor which I prefer over the lighter taste of the Earl Grey. A little pricey as with all crepe cakes, but I'd definitely come back to treat myself to a slice form time to time. The staff are so friendly and I love the relaxing atmosphere.“

“This bakery was neat, well &lit, clean, and inviting.The selection was all yummy and the lady behind the counter was pleasant.It may seem trivial but I always remove a star if cleaning supplies are left within customer view. In this case, the wet floor sign on the dry floor hurts the look.I would use this bakery again as it was impressive.“

“We usually go to Susie cakes and have had good experiences when eating cupcakes at the store but we placed an order for cupcakes for our engagement party and the experience was less than ideal. We ordered them a month in advance and went with their recommendations. The cupcakes were many hours late available for me to pick them up and the quality was horrible, folks at the party were asking if we home made them.We ended up calling them and they gave us a full refund. We hope to have a better experience next time.“
“Had the most delicious and beautifully rustic two-tier cake!! There were very few to no regrets my husband and I had from our wedding, but one of them was that we wish we had more cake :P Both the Lemon cake with Strawberries and the Chocolate Chip cake were perfectly moist and just the right amount of sweet. We received many compliments from our guests saying this was one of the BEST wedding cakes they've ever had, including my brother/Man of Honor who is a baker/picky eater! We are so glad we went with Jen's and are truly grateful to them for being so accommodating from the beginning. Highly recommend!!“
“I ordered a milk n cookie shake with whipped cream on top - it’s dangerously delicious. I had four e-gift cards, but I didn’t know which one still had a balance in it. When my first gift card showed a $0 balance, I offered to use my credit card. Cassandra encouraged me to try the other gift cards, so I greatly appreciate her for punching in all four of my gift cards. Finally, the fourth gift card had a balance in it. Taking her advice, I took a screenshot of it to use in the future.On a different note, the custom ice cream cakes are fantastic!“
