I tried to reach out through their website by entering the store number and transaction sequence number, but unfortunately, it didn’t accept my information. Feeling a bit frustrated, I decided to call Chick-fil-A, and the team took down my complaint, assuring me they would get back to me.

As the weekend went by, I almost forgot about the issue; while it wasn’t the end of the world, I felt it was important to bring it to their attention for the sake of improvement. Then, I received a call from Evelyn. I could sense her warmth and genuine desire to make things right. She truly listened to my concerns and resolved the issue with care. “I came here to order a takeaway around 6.30ish.
I got spicy pav bhaji, and tried the new items a vada pav and the dabeli.
They hand a buzzer which will let you know when the order is ready.
The order was ready quickly.
The vada pav was very authentic with the dry chutney powder and the chillies. It was crispy and right amount of spicy.
The dabeli was tangy and sweet and the right combo with the crispy peanuts
The spicy amul pav bhaji was what brought me here.
The pav was loaded with butter and spices.
The bhaji was a bit large quantity and loaded with butter.
The bhaji has little heavy flavor to lavang/elaichi but was good overall.
Definitely gonna be back for the other new items“

“Today 5/21 I came in for my lunch management on duty was very rude ! I have been coming here for over 4 years at least once or twice a week. I even bring a group of my coworkers have never experienced this kind of service , I asked for two bbq sauces . Manager on duty was annoyed and said we only give one sauce for free, the young Mexican girl working and him said, “ I was being annoying in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish ( poor work ethics ) .Which I confronted them both ! As a manager you should have customer service skills or not work in the customer service industry! All other employees have never gave me any issues for a 25 cent bbq sauce lol 😂 how embarrassing of him !Edit: Spoke with the manager she apologized for the service provided and made sure I feel welcomed every time I come for lunch. I appreciate her being humble and respectful because of her i am changing my rating to 5 star service . There are still people who care about their customers. All other staff has always been very friendly and kind minus the incident. Food is fresh and on point always 🫶“
