“I was born and raised in Oaxaca City and decided to give this place a try. I will happily say that they absolutely exceeded my expectations in terms of their flavors, service, and atmosphere.
This food truck is located within the parking lot of a local gas station at E Calaveras Blvd & S Park Victoria Dr. There was enough parking at the time I drove in. The guy who took my order greeted me in Spanish with a smile and acted very genuinely and cordially.
I ordered 2 lengua tacos. The portions were appropriate, and the meat was perfectly cooked and tasted both juicy and very, very, authentic. The onions and cilantro had been freshly diced and made me smile when I squeezed lime juice on both tacos. They gave me two small containers with their red and green salsas. Yes, their salsas immediately activated long-stored memories in my taste buds. I can say that it flew me back to Oaxaca. My whole mouth watered at the first bite, so to extend the feast in my mouth and soul, I made 4 tacos with the double tortillas.
I will be coming back with friends and family and I think you should too.“
“It's cash only.Had been seeing this place ever so often, decided to finally get dinner from there. My God, it was amazing. After a long long long time, had a truly delicious Al pastor burrito. Their torta was also amazing! Not much seating, did a take out. It's now my favorite Mexican food truck“
“Truly great folks who put love into everything they make. Sure I will Eat on Monday but I would continue to order food from them for the rest of the week too. If you need an event catered, this should be your first and only stop to provide your gathering the best food experience.“

Loved the traditional serving dishes like clay pots and drinking cups. The restaurant decor is well done too. Very traditional restaurant all around.“

“My favorite taco truck has been my go to spot for over 12 years. They serve amazing al pastor that's always juicy and flavorful. My usual order is a regular burrito, taco with plenty of their delicious pickled carrots, grab a bag and pack a good amount in there they’re so good! The service is always quick, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. It feels like home, and the flavor has stay perfect over all these years.“

“Came here for some spicy egg preparations, was absolutely awe struck with the quality of the food, spice level, and taste! Definitely go for their Peri Peri Sandwich, Goti Fry, Keema and the Lasuni Keema. Their cold coco is to die for, and is usually out of stock by 8pm so make sure to go early!“

“Exceptional place!
It’s very hard to come by such well-run places these days. The food is absolutely fantastic as well as reasonably priced. They cater to all taste buds and even modify it if you ask.
Paul and other staff members know the definition of hospitality and put it into practice!
Also, unlike other Indian places, they use Olive Oil for their cooking which doesn’t make you uneasy after a big meal. For this very reason, most days, our post workout meal is at Maya’s Kitchen ????“

“I just recently discover this birria food truck and I’m in love with the flavor, this has been so far one of best birria spots that I’ve tried in San Jose. Food truck is a little tricky to find but there’s plenty of parking once you find it. Only cash or Zelle, 10/10.“
“The freshest fruit i've found so far. Other stands the fruit aren't ready or they are sour. This was perfect. Wanted light tajin and she put just the right amount. Perfect amount too. Choose Mango, Cantaloupe, & Watermelon. All for 3$“

“Undisputedly the best burritos in town. I've had many burritos from other places and none compares to the ones at this Taco truck. All the ingredients match perfectly with eachother. I usually get two of the monster burritos to feed myself and my four children and we always have leftovers for a snack for later. The owner Manuel is also very kind and caring to every customer. The cooks are also really nice and they do amazing work with the food. If I could give one million stars I would. This is definitely a place you want to try if you haven't already.
Parking: Tons of parking space
Kid-friendliness: Sometimes I bring my children to sit down and eat. Also I usually ask for the burritos I get to be cut a certain way for my kids and the honor my request.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or anything like that.“

“The service that the girl provided me was great, she welcomed me with a big smile and was very friendly, the tacos were delicious, I liked the asada ones better than the pastor's. The roasted ones had more flavor. It's a shame that the jalapeño is not spicy at all, but apart from that, very “

“I’ve eaten phenomenal Mexican food of all kinds throughout the U.S. and Mexico and this is up there with the best of them. The pastor is not greasy, the asada full of flavor and well chopped. The burrito is expertly crafted and the quesadilla is loaded with meat. Even still, the tacos might be the best simply for the authenticity of them. Meat, onions, cilantro, and salsa. And my god, the salsas. The aguacate is the perfect accompaniment to the spicy, smoky, slow burn salsa roja that had me addicted to the heat. Will be back over and over again.“

“I wish we ordered more!
Stopped by for a post-climbing snack to share, it was pretty close to closing when we got there. We passed by on our way to the gym and were so excited by the smell we knew that we had to grab a bite after.
We ordered one Al Pastor Mulita ($9) & one Auga Fresca (I believe it was ~$5)!
They had horchata and pineapple for the self-serve drink options. We got the Pineapple, it was a bit sweet since it was close to the bottom of the pitcher, but once the ice melted down, it was perfect. Additional refills do cost extra, but totally worth it for the size of the cup they give!
The mulita came out in less than 5 minutes and it was piping hot, oozing with cheese, and you get as much grilled onions and peppers as you want on the side. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the tortillas are homemade. I could honestly eat the tortillas on its own!
The al pastor itself was very tender & well seasoned. I really enjoyed the amount of pineapple chunks they mixed into the quesadilla! The caramelized onions on the side were sweet and still had a slight crunch to them.
There are also several homemade salsa bottles on the tables. We tried two different ones, which I unfortunately can’t recall which ones, but both were refreshing & not too spicy. It was the perfect compliment for the mulita!
The staff was so kind— even while they were closing up and cleaning up, they still let us use their dining area. They also gave us a free refill of aguas frescas because it was going to be tossed after they closed anyways!
As I’m looking back at pictures of the mulita now, I’m still surprised by the sheer size of it! I’ll definitely be back to try some of their other items, I’m very excited to try their Sope some time.“

“Got the quesadilla with mushrooms and it was delicious. The salsa was flavor full but not too hot. Tbh I expected huitlacoche but that’s okay, it was still good. I heard some people complaining about the pricing like pre-Hispanic Mexican food should be cheap. If you want cheap food, go somewhere else. They price appropriately for Mexican food with handmade tortillas and salsas. Y’all would be complain if it was French or Italian food with sauce from a jar. Get used to paying for what good food is worth or gtfo.“

“This is one of my FAV Mexican food trucks, as a Hispanic this is truly authentic. The prices are 3$ per taco, which isn’t bad due to inflation. Not only do the tacos come with/ beans if preferred but they also include chips on the side. The red sauce is so good and they also give jalapeños on the side 10/10.“
