“First time coming here! I’m not a huge fan of the base, but the Tahiti base was definitely my favorite. It tasted better when mixed with the chia seeds. I also loved the variety of toppings they offer hemp seeds, flax seeds, and so many other options to customize your bowl.

The customer service was amazing! Jaylin and Kaitlyn were both incredibly friendly and helpful (10/10). I apologize if I misspelled your names!

The smoothies and bowls here are absolutely amazing, made with fresh ingredients and so much care. Almost everything is vegan-friendly too, which makes it easy to find something delicious no matter your diet. The place is always really clean, and every visit feels like a treat.

But what really sets this place apart is the owner, Lara. She's super nice and always makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. That kind of warmth is rare, and it keeps me coming back.

“If you want to be technical it wasn't terribly overpriced, but at its face $10.99 for a chocotaco is a bit of a shocker. Then figure in that everything is handmade on sight and it's quite a massive taco... Then not so bad. Taste was underwhelming, ice cream was dense.“

I don't care for the location, but that's because I'm not a fan of Rancho anymore (I grew up here and I know the area very well).

“The Pistachio Strawberry Milk drink here is actually pretty good. It's not too sweet either and I like the Strawberry puree as im eating chunks of strawberries while drinking. It's part of their pistachio series drinks and found in their ordering kiosk near the front counter and not on their above menu board. Could have used a little more pistachios on top and less ice. Would order again though, I liked it!

The service was good but there was an issue. Tried to download the rewards app to get points for this order as this was my first time here at any of the locations. Went through the process til they asked for the code that was texted messaged to my phone. Tried several times but no code was sent. I just decided to uninstall the app since I could not proceed in finishing creating my account and proceed with ordering. Not good.“

We got iced coconut coffee, strawberry smoothie and a sample of the salted coffee (pictured empty because my husband couldn’t wait & loved it at the first sip)

Coconut coffee is the best best consistency of strong coffee and creamy silt coconut. The blend is just so scrumptious.

Strawberry smoothie is top tier.
Not too sweet, not too milky overall the syrup they put on the bottom is like a jelly consistency which was perfection.

The owners here also run pho star bowl which we are obsessed with as well.

We are 100% faithful customers.

“We have been coming to Vitacane for many years, and it remains a family favorite. The shop is consistently clean and always ready to serve, and I really appreciate that their prices haven't changed much over time.

If you are in the mood for a refreshing drink, I highly recommend their sugarcane juice. It is always flavorful and delicious; it’s a huge hit with my entire family, and we visit often.

Midway through last year, they introduced claw machines to attract a younger crowd, which was a great addition. They transitioned from using tokens to a game card system that you can buy at the cashier. My kids used to have a blast and were able to win quite a few plushies, but toward the end of last year, it seemed like they loosened the claws. It’s significantly more difficult to get any plushies now, which is a bit disappointing.

Overall, it is still a fantastic spot for high-quality sugarcane drinks. Definitely recommend it if you are in the area!“
